An electronic lockbox including a key bin having an embedded insert. The insert is embedded during a die cast process. The insert enhances the attack resistance of the lockbox from hammering, chiseling, and drilling attacks. The insert includes '3D features' that help with the casting process and attack resistance, including at least one through-hole, at least one slot, and at least one ridge. A housing portion is constructed over multiple drawing stages to increase its hardness and strength, thereby increasing resistance to prying attacks.

A surgical instrument kit comprising: (a) a robotic arm comprising a first jaw including a first bipolar electrode and a second jaw including a second bipolar electrode, wherein at least one of first jaw and second jaw is repositionable with respect to the other jaw; (b) a first surgical tool head including a first electrical load in electrical communication with a first pair of electrical terminals, the first surgical tool head adapted to be removably coupled to the robotic arm; and, (c) a second surgical tool head including a second electrical load in electrical communication with a second pair of electrical terminals, the second surgical tool head adapted to be removably coupled to the robotic arm, where the first pair of electrical terminals of the first surgical tool head are adapted to engage the first bipolar electrode and the second bipolar electrode to establish electrical communication between the first bipolar electrode and a first of the first pair of electrical terminals and between the second bipolar electrode and a second of the first pair of electrical terminals, and where the second pair of electrical terminals of the second surgical tool head are adapted to engage the first bipolar electrode and the second bipolar electrode to establish electrical communication between the first bipolar electrode and a first of the second pair of electrical terminals and between the second bipolar electrode and a second of the second pair of electrical terminals.

Robotic toolkit

A robotic surgical instrument comprising: (a) a first jaw including a first bipolar electrical lead; (b) a second jaw including a second bipolar electrical lead; (c) a robotic arm operatively coupled to the first jaw and the second jaw, the robotic arm including a coupling mounted to the first and second jaws that allows the first jaw to be repositioned with respect to the second jaw; and, (d) a surgical tool head including a first electrical load in electrical communication with a first and second electrical terminals, the first surgical tool head adapted to be mounted to the first and second jaws to establish a first junction between the first bipolar electrical lead and the first electrical terminal and a second junction between the second bipolar electrical lead and the second electrical terminal.

A sectional garage door has a roller track and a plurality of sections pivotally coupled together for movement along the roller track to and between open and closed positions relative to a door opening. A first one of the sections is heavier than other sections. The sectional garage also includes a counterbalance mechanism coupled to the sections to assist an operator in moving the sections along the roller tracks to and between the open and closed positions. The sectional garage door also has a weight assist mechanism coupled to the door and engaged with at least one of the sections to assist at least one of the sections to assist in the movement of the first one of the sections during movement along at least a portion of the roller track due to the weight of the first section relative to the other sections.

System for unevenly weighted sectional doors

A hinge assembly pivotally couples adjacent panels together in an overhead sectional door. The panels include stiles between each lateral end of the panel to which the hinge assemblies are attached. The hinge assembly includes an upper hinge leaf on an upper panel with a pair of spaced generally parallel flanges which span the juncture between the upper and lower panels. The hinge assembly also includes a lower hinge leaf with a pair of flanges projecting generally parallel to each other. The lower hinge leaf is mounted to one of the stiles of the lower panel and each flange includes a pivot axis hole near a terminal end thereof for alignment with a pivot axis hole in one of the flanges of the upper leaf. The stile includes a pair of spaced, parallel sidewalls and a notch, depression or recess is on each sidewall. The recesses provide a seat for the respective flanges of the hinge leaves and clearance between the sidewall of the stile and any adjacent components. A rivet or similar pivotal connector device is seated within the pivot axis holes on each side of the hinge.

Door panel

An overhead door and associated mating panels includes a number of hinges to pivotally couple adjacent overhead door panels. Each door panel includes a back metal skin presenting a back face. Each hinge includes a lower hinge leaf a pair of hinge legs projecting generally parallel to each other. The lower hinge leaf is mounted to the lower panel and a backer plate is mounted to the interior face of the back skin of the lower panel and screws or bolts project through the lower hinge leaf, the skin and into the backer plate. Each hinge leg on the lower hinge leaf includes a hinge pin hole near a terminal end thereof for alignment with the hinge pin holes in an upper hinge leaf. The lower hinge leaf has a tongue projecting from an upper edge of the mounting base. The tongue is formed into a hook-shaped arcuate projection and aids in the alignment, support and positioning of a hinge pin inserted through the aligned hinge pin holes in the upper and lower hinge leaves. A depression or pocket is provided in the back skin of the lower panel for each hinge assembly. The pocket provides a recess for the terminal ends of the hinge legs of the upper and lower hinge leaves. The shape or contour of the wells of the pocket provides a location or alignment benefit to the positioning of the lower hinge leaf.

Overhead sectional door, hinge and associated method

A universal overhead door system includes a pair of horizontal track members, a pair of vertical track members and a pair of track radius members interconnecting the horizontal and vertical track members. A pair of adjustable short radius members extend from the track radius members to guide uppermost rollers of an overhead sectional door. The overhead door system includes a pair of stationary sheaves positioned outboard of a pair of horizontal support rails which support the horizontal track members. A detent is provided at one end of the adjustable radius members to prevent undesirable travel the garage door. A spacer is provided for use in extension spring configurations when a long horizontal support rail is required. The spacer prevents metal-to-metal contact of moveable sheaves with the horizontal support rails.

Low head room overhead door system with adjustable short radius track section

An overhead door and associated mating panels include enhanced wear surfaces and protection against the intrusion of climatic elements or the like in the form of a combined weather seal, light block and wear insert on the upper and/or lower edges of the mating adjacent door panels. The wear surfaces are utilized during the opening and closing of the door so that frictional interaction or rubbing between the mating edges is minimized to reduce wear and damage to the panels over the service life of the door. Additionally, the wear insert portion reduces a gap between the mating edges of the adjacent panels to provide enhanced protection without requiring increased roll forming tolerances on the panel manufacturing process. Moreover, the invention includes upright projecting weather seal and light blocking portions that are positioned in a gap formed at the juncture of the mating panels. When the door is closed, the weather seal and light blocking portions are deflected. The weather seal provides a climatic barrier as well as inhibiting the passage of foreign material between the mated panels and the light block inhibits light from passing between the mated panels.
