A counter system for transferring foodstuffs, wherein the counter system has a first region assigned to the counter staff and a second region segregated therefrom and assigned to the customer. The counter system also has a dishwasher for cleaning items of washware, in particular in the form of mugs, cups, glasses, bowls or plates. The dishwasher has a treatment zone, an introduction region and a removal region, wherein the introduction region is accessible from the second region of the counter system and the removal region is accessible from the first region of the counter system.

A dishwasher for cleaning washware items in the form of drinking vessels, is configured as a counter module of a counter system and includes a treatment zone having a placement area and a removal area associated therewith. The washware item to be cleaned can be manually placed into the treatment zone via the placement area and the cleaned washware item be manually removed from the treatment zone via the removal area, wherein the placement area and the removal area are disposed opposite one another with the interposition of the treatment zone. At least one bracket is provided in the treatment zone for releasably securing and/or positioning the washware item placed in the treatment zone.

Dishwasher, in particular in the shape of a counter module for a counter system

A counter system () for transferring at least partially unpackaged foodstuffs, wherein the counter system () has a first region () assigned to the counter staff and a second region () segregated therefrom and assigned to the customer. The counter system () has a dishwasher () for cleaning items of washware (). The dishwasher () has at least one treatment zone () and at least one conveyor apparatus () for conveying the items of washware () to be cleaned from an introduction region () of the dishwasher () through the treatment zone () of the dishwasher () to a removal region () of the dishwasher (), wherein the introduction region () of the dishwasher () is accessible from the second region () of the counter system () and the removal region () of the dishwasher () is accessible from the first region () of the counter system ().

A dishwasher () for cleaning washware items () in the form of drinking vessels is configured as a counter module of a counter system and includes at least one treatment zone () having a placement area () associated with the treatment zone () and a removal area () associated with the treatment zone (), wherein the washware item () can be placed into the treatment zone () via the placement area () and the cleaned washware item () can be removed from the treatment zone () via the removal area (), wherein the placement area () and the removal area () are disposed opposite one another with the interposition of the treatment zone (). At least one bracket () is provided in the treatment zone () for in releasably securing and/or positioning the washware item () placed onto a placement surface () in the treatment zone ().

Dishwasher, in particular in the form of a counter module for a counter system

A warewash machine includes a chamber with a wash zone and front, left and right access openings. At least one spray arm is disposed to spray liquid toward the wash zone. A multi-sided hood assembly includes movable front, left, right and top wall sections, and is movable between a lowered and closed position for washing and a raised open position for inlet and outlet of wares. A stationary chamber rear wall includes an outlet opening fluidly connected with a vapor extraction unit at a back side of the rear wall. The vapor extraction unit includes an enclosure with a condenser therein, wherein incoming water to the machine from a cold water input passes through the condenser, wherein the enclosure includes an air outlet to surrounding ambient environment and at least one air mover.

A warewash machine arm mechanism includes a liquid supply shaft assembly including a rotatable sleeve bearing mounted thereon, and an arm assembly including an elongated interior liquid flow space along an arm body and one or more liquid ejection orifices. The arm assembly is releasably mounted to the supply shaft assembly via a latch mechanism of the arm assembly that engages the rotatable sleeve bearing such that the arm assembly rotates with the rotatable sleeve bearing during ejection of liquid from the liquid ejection orifices.

Warewash machine with removable rotating arm and related method

A flow through chemical sensor includes a housing having a through passage along which chemical can flow, a sidewall of the housing having first and second openings that communicate with the through passage. A first electrode is mounted on the housing and aligned with the first opening, the first electrode of a plate configuration with a unitary depression that extends through the first opening and to a peripheral edge of the through passage. A second electrode is mounted on the housing and aligned with the second opening, the second electrode of a plate configuration with a unitary depression that extends through the second opening and to the peripheral edge of the through passage. A method of detecting presence or absence of chemical is also provided.
