A multi-cavity blister package includes a backing card. A transparent, plastic semi-rigid cover sheet co-extensive with the backing card formed with a plurality of raised portions each of which, when secured to the backing card, forms a product receiving cavity or compartment. The plastic covering is secured to the backing card to form a plurality of product receiving cavities. The backing card has perforations proximate to each product-receiving cavity to allow selective perforations to be burst to provide access to an associated cavity without compromising remaining cavities or compartments for future use.

A picture frame hanging system includes a picture frame hanging bracket attachable to opposite, lateral or side picture frame portions. Each bracket includes a tortuous path for the picture hanging wire involving at least one end of the wire being bent about a radius that creates frictional forces between the wire and the bracket to sustain a tension representing the weight of the picture frame without disengaging from the brackets under load. The method involves attaching opposing brackets on the lateral sides of the picture frame and advancing the respective ends of the picture hanging wire through a tortuous path requiring the bending of the wire about a radius sufficiently small to ensure adequate frictional engagement between the wire and the brackets to ensure that the ends of the wire remain entrained within the brackets notwithstanding the tension forces that are applied to the wire when the frame is hung on a surface by means of the wire.

Picture hanger system

A picture frame hanger includes a member stamped of thin sheet having a thickness on the order of 0.05&#x2033; and includes a lower flat depending portion arranged in a first vertical plane. At least one connecting portion or tab is provided that is horizontally offset from the depending portion and arranged in a second vertical plane parallel to the first plane. An integral bridging portion is arranged in a horizontal plane or normal to the first and second planes spaced a distance less than a depth of the upper rail. The connecting portion attaches the hanger to the upper rail rear surface. The depending portion is offset by the bridging portion to position the depending portion internally of the frame cavity spaced from the wall. The frame can be supported on a wall or surface while being spaced from the wall by only the thickness of the connecting portions.

Offset hanger for minimizing space between frame and wall

A picture hanger has a base portion having a hole for an elongated fastener (nail or screw). The base portion carries a member enclosing a front face or the entire base portion. The member has a through hole aligned with and on one or both sides of the fastener hole. The elongated fastener is held in place in the holes so that the fastener need not be manually held during driving thereof into a picture frame or wall. The member is injection molded on the base portion, and consists essentially of nylon-6,6 having a Shore A hardness in the range of 80-90.
