A floating water jet for spraying chlorinated water at water surface of a pool is disclosed herein. The floating water jet includes a cylindrical body having a closed end and an open end, an internal wall within the cylindrical body defining a sealed air chamber within the cylindrical body adjacent the closed end, the sealed chamber providing buoyancy to the cylindrical body such that the cylindrical body floats on the water surface of the pool with a longitudinal axis of the cylindrical body being parallel to the water surface. An internal chamber is provided within the cylindrical body between the open end and the internal wall for receiving the chlorinated water. An end wall is sealed to the open end, the end wall including a central inlet opening adapted for connection to an outlet end of a floating pool hose, and a plurality of outlet openings in the end wall arranged concentrically about the central opening. Chlorinated water from the pool hose is directed into the internal chamber via the central inlet opening and exits the internal chamber via the plurality of outlet openings to direct jets of the chlorinated water in a direction parallel to the water surface. The floating pool hose, a filter attached around a circumference of the pool hose, together with the pool jet, for establishing the system as a gravitational buoyancy filter.

Gravitational bouyancy filter for a swimming pool

A floating water jet for spraying chlorinated water at water surface of a pool is disclosed herein. The floating water jet includes a cylindrical body having a closed end and an open end, an internal wall within the cylindrical body defining a sealed air chamber within the cylindrical body adjacent the closed end, the sealed chamber providing buoyancy to the cylindrical body such that the cylindrical body floats on the water surface of the pool with a longitudinal axis of the cylindrical body being parallel to the water surface. An internal chamber is provided within the cylindrical body between the open end and the internal wall for receiving the chlorinated water. An end wall is sealed to the open end, the end wall including a central inlet opening adapted for connection to an outlet end of a floating pool hose, and a plurality of outlet openings in the end wall arranged concentrically about the central opening. Chlorinated water from the pool hose is directed into the internal chamber via the central inlet opening and exits the internal chamber via the plurality of outlet openings to direct jets of the chlorinated water in a direction parallel to the water surface.

Floating water jet for spraying chlorinated water at a water surface of a swimming pool

An antenna system is described including a reflector antenna, responsive to radio frequency signals at a first frequency, having a first reflector surface, a second reflector surface and a Cassegrain feed. The antenna system further includes an array antenna having a plurality of antenna elements responsive to radio frequency signals having a second different frequency, wherein a center element is in a common location with the feed of the reflector antenna. With such an arrangement, an improved dual band antenna system is provided. By providing the center element of the array antenna in a common location with the feed of the reflector antenna, a dual band radio frequency antenna system is provided which is more compact with improved radiation characteristics than known similar configured antennas.

Dual polarized dual band antenna

A patch radiator antenna is described including a sheet of conductive material and a dielectric substrate having a first and second surface, the sheet of conductive material disposed upon the first surface of the dielectric substrate. The patch radiator antenna further includes a plurality of patch radiator elements disposed upon the second surface of the dielectric substrate, each one of the plurality of patch radiator elements having sides with a width and a length. The plurality of patch radiator elements include a first patch radiator element having a feed probe to couple the first patch radiator element to an RF signal source and at least one second patch radiator element including a microstrip feed along the width of the patch radiator element, the at least one second patch radiator element disposed fore of the first patch radiator element. The patch radiator antenna further includes a strip conductor having a first end and a second end, the first end connected to the microstrip feed and the second end connected along the length of the first patch radiator element. With such an arrangement, a corporate feed for each patch radiator element is eliminated, thus reducing feed line radiation.
