A disposable face mask includes a mask body covering substantially a nose, mouth, and chin of a wearer, and an extension provided with the mask body. The extension is configured to encircle a back of a wearer's head and to substantially cover a wearer's cheeks, jaw, and ears. A substantial portion of the extension is formed from a resilient material treated with a repellant agent to prevent contaminants from entering or exiting such treated portion of the extension.

Disposable face mask

A flexible thermal therapy sleeve is disclosed. The sleeve features a first layer including an array of non-communicating chambers containing a first phase change material and a second layer, where the first layer is joined to the second layer to form at least a partial enclosure having an opening through which a thermoactive material may be inserted and removed.

A method of producing a plurality of face masks is provided. The method includes the step of providing a continuous web that is of the same material throughout. A plurality of body portions are stamped from the continuous web so that each of the plurality of face masks has one body portion. A plurality of left extension portions are stamped from the continuous web so that each of the body portions has one left extension portion integrally attached thereto. A plurality of right extension portions are stamped from the continuous web so that each of the body portions has one right extension portion integrally attached thereto. A dispenser assembly for dispensing face masks is also provided. The assembly includes a core and a roll of face masks that are rotatably disposed on the core. As least one of the face masks includes a body portion and left extension portion that is integrally attached to the body portion. A right extension portion is integrally attached to the body portion.

Dispensing assembly for single piece face mask

A face mask is provided. The face mask includes a body portion that is configured to be placed over a mouth and at least part of a nose of a user. A first extension portion is present and is attached to the body potion. The first extension portion is configured to at least partially extend around at least a portion of a head of the user. A second extension portion is attached to the body portion. Also, a hook and loop type fastener is present and has a hook section and a loop section. One of the hook and loop sections is attached to the first extension portion, and the other of the hook and loop sections is attached to the second extension portion. Engagement of the hook section and the loop section causes the body portion, the first extension portion, and the second extension portion to be retained on the user. Disengagement of the hook section and the loop section causes the body portion, the first extension portion, and the second extension portion to be released from the user.

A method of extending the therapeutic duration of a thermal therapy product is disclosed. The method includes selecting a thermal therapy product to provide a benefit to a user, selecting a phase change material, incorporating the phase change material into a flexible thermal therapy sleeve, and placing the thermal therapy product into the thermal therapy sleeve.

Method of extending the therapeutic duration of a thermal therapy product

A flexible thermal therapy sleeve is disclosed. The sleeve includes a first layer including a first phase change material having a transition temperature of from about &#x2212;10&#xb0; C. to about 40&#xb0; C., and a second layer including a second phase change material having a transition temperature of from about 35&#xb0; C. to about 65&#xb0; C. The first layer is joined to the second layer to form at least a partial enclosure having an opening through which a thermoactive material may be inserted and removed.

An elastic bandage is disclosed having a nonelastic absorbent nonwoven web, a non-elastic breathable nonwoven web, and a meltspun elastomeric material disposed between the two webs. The meltspun elastomeric material can comprise a plurality of meltspun elastomeric filaments aligned in substantially parallel distribution in a machine direction, the filaments attached to a side of the nonelastic breathable nonwoven web and to a side of the nonelastic absorbent nonwoven web. The nonelastic absorbent nonwoven web can comprise a laminate of nonwoven layers. The non-elastic breathable nonwoven web can comprise a breathable film bonded to a nonwoven layer or laminate individual nonwoven layers. A self adherent coating may be disposed upon an outer surface of the elastic bandage.

There is provided a fluid management material for personal care products which distributes artificial menses according to the gush/distribution test taught herein such that it has a distribution ratio of at least about 0.06. Its preferred that the fluid management material be part of an absorbent materials system having a first fibrous layer, a middle layer adjacent the first layer having hydrophilic oriented surface fibers, and a second fibrous layer adjacent the middle layer. In a personal care product configuration the oriented surface fibers result in a distribution ratio of at least 0.06 where the distribution ratio is a ratio of average of the mass of two end zones of a product divided by the mass of the center zone.
