This disclosed console is for mounting within a vehicle. The console includes a base configured to be coupled to the vehicle and a storage enclosure coupled to the base. The storage enclosure is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the base such that a first occupant is provided access to the storage enclosure. The storage enclosure is movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The deployed position is configured to provide access to a second occupant.

Console storage enclosure

A container holder/tray combination includes a housing for mounting to a vehicle. The housing defines a recess for receiving therein at least one container holder, a cover pivotally mounted to the housing for covering the container holder and housing when in a closed position, and movable to an open position. The cover has a surface defining a tray, and the container holder is movably mounted with respect to the housing and tray between a first position coplanar with the tray for positioning a container therein and a second position within the housing. In a preferred embodiment, multiple independently movable adjacent container holders are provided to allow selectable use of the tray area.

Pivot down container holder and tray combination

A retractable tray table for use with a seat having an armrest on one side thereof includes a tray table connected to the armrest by a support arm and moveable to a first position and a second position. A pivot assembly mounts the tray table to the support arm. The tray table is rotatable about a first axis parallel to the support arm and a second axis perpendicular to the support arm to move the tray table from the first position to the second position. A locking mechanism cooperating with the support arm releasably secures the tray table in the first position and the second position.

Retractable tray table

A container holder includes a base for mounting within a recess in a vehicle accessory, such as an armrest or console of a vehicle, a cover pivotally mounted to the base and movable between a position substantially flush with the surface of the accessory and pivotally movable to a generally vertically extended position defining a support wall to which a container holding arm or arms are pivotally mounted at an end remote from the pivotal connection of the cover to the base. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a leaf spring mounted to the cover to releasably hold the cover in a closed position and in a vertically extended use position. In a preferred embodiment also, this spring also releasably holds the container holder arm in a horizontally extended use position.
