Tampon and tampon application wrapper

A wrapped sanitary product comprises a wrapper and a sanitary product that provides for discreet storage and removal of a sanitary product, and/or discreet placement of a soiled sanitary product into a vacated wrapper to be discreetly disposed thereafter. The wrapper is formed such that an interior space is created to store a sanitary product. The wrapper has a storage configuration, and accessible configuration, and a second storage configuration. The wrapper has a port that provides access to the interior space and the sanitary product therein. The wrapper has a flap that can comprise a sticker or a tab, or both. The flap is sealed to the wrapper in a storage configuration, is at least partially removable from the wrapper in an accessible configuration, and is reclosable to the wrapper in a second storage configuration.

Reclosable wrapper for sanitary products and related methods

A medical implant packaging assembly having an outer tray, an inner tray and a retainer. An implant which may include a hydrated tissue graft may be positioned within the packaging assembly. The inner tray is formed from a moisture barrier material whereby the implant may be maintained in a hydrated state, even if the implant is not immersed in fluid within the packaging assembly, thereby avoiding need for rehydrating steps that are required for dehydrated and/or cryopreserved implants prior to or during surgery. The outer tray and inner tray and a retainer are also made of transparent materials, enabling medical personnel to view the implant through these packaging components prior to and during surgery.

Implant packaging assembly

A rollator designed to provide low-radius rotational mobility while a user is engaged in motion with a foldable and height adjustable frame allowing a user to have a natural full gait. The foldable frame has an angled upright U-shaped main frame section and a base U-shaped frame section mounted to the angled upright U-shaped frame and a U-shaped intermediate frame section mounted to the angled U-shaped upright frame section and the base U-shaped frame section. A moveable seat assembly is slideably mounted to the U-shaped support assembly to assume desire positions. A pair of rear wheels are mounted to the frame and a pair of front wheels are mounted to yoke mechanisms which are mounted on the frame. A brake assembly including brake levers are mounted to the frame, the brake assembly being operatively connected to the pair of rear wheels to brake the rear wheels with each of the brake levers being adapted to transfer braking force from the user hand grip lever to the rear wheels.

A method of using a barrier application device comprises providing a device comprising a handle, an introducer assembly slidably and rotatably coupled to the handle, a beam assembly coupled to a distal end of the handle, and a flag coupled to the beam assembly, and placing a barrier on the flag, sliding the introducer assembly along the handle from a retracted position to an extended position at least partially covering the beam assembly, and rotating the handle relative to the introducer assembly until the flag and the barrier are wound around the beam assembly.

A fluid container includes a spout and a cap, where the spout has an actuation portion that is inclined with respect to a drinking portion of the spout. The spout is actuated from a closed position to an open position with an external force applied on the actuation portion. A channel through the spout encompasses an oblique angle, and the spout is pivotally coupled to the cap at a fulcrum point. The fulcrum point is laterally offset from an aperture in the cap, where the aperture forms a passageway through a thickness of the cap. The channel adjoins the aperture when the spout is in the open position.

A device and method of promoting tissue adhesion to reinforce tissue apposition that may include collecting advancing a tissue apposition device to a body cavity having cavity calls, collecting tissue from the cavity walls, passing at least one tissue securement device through the tissue, applying energy to the collected tissue to produce injury to the tissue, and apposing the collected tissue and securing the one or more tissue securement devices. In this illustrative embodiment, the device and method promotes tissue adhesion between one or more portions of tissue, wherein the tissue adhesion may reinforce a tissue apposition.

The mounting rail is covered by a rail cover panel having wiring raceways and an access cover panel is mounted at the base of the rail cover panel.

The tissue augment sheet delivery system includes a tube funnel adapter and a tissue augment sheet delivery instrument. The tube funnel adapter includes a oval/conical shaped funnel. The tissue augment sheet delivery instrument includes a handle. A cylindrical tube is connected to the handle. A wire is inserted in the tube. The wire is formed in a large loop with small loops formed in the large loop. A tissue augment sheet is attached to one side of the large loop using a monofilament. In use, the tube funnel adapter is inserted in body. The tissue augment sheet is placed in mouth of the oval/conical shaped funnel and gently moved down. While moving down, the tissue augment sheet conforms to the internal diameter of the tube funnel adapter. The handle is withdrawn to remove the large loop from the body leaving the tissue augment sheet in body.

A control handle for an intraluminal device includes a handle housing having a first end and a second end, the handle housing having a lumen. A roller assembly is disposed at a first end of the lumen. The roller assembly comprises a first roller and a base. The lumen is interposed between the first roller and the base. A clamp assembly is disposed at the second end of the lumen. The clamp assembly comprises a first clamp element and a second clamp element. The lumen is interposed between the first clamp element and the second clamp element. A closure mechanism is configured to effect movement between the first clamp element and the second clamp element and between the first roller and the base. The control handle further includes a turn device operably connected to the roller assembly.
