A vehicle includes a vehicle seat including a plurality of actuatable massage elements. The vehicle includes a dedicated physical massage function button located on a dash or a console of the vehicle. The vehicle includes a display configured to present a menu of vehicle configuration options when the dedicated physical massage function button is held for a threshold amount of time. The vehicle includes a memory and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to receive, from a user, a selection of the configuration options for the vehicle seat presented on the display. The processor is configured to receive a signal indicating that the dedicated massage function button is pressed. The processor is configured to activate the plurality of actuatable massage elements according to the selection of configuration options in response to the signal indicating that the dedicated massage function button is pressed.

A vehicle seat having a vehicle seat hook assembly for hanging an associated object on the vehicle seat includes a seat back having a front side, a rear side, and an upper distal portion and a headrest moveably secured to the upper distal portion for movement between a headrest retracted position and a headrest extended position. A seat hook is disposed on the seat back and is moveable between a seat hook retracted or collapsed position and a seat hook extended or sprung position. Movement of the headrest from the headrest retracted position to the headrest extended position causes movement of the seat hook from the seat hook retracted position to the seat hook extended position and movement of the headrest from the headrest extended position to the headrest retracted position causes movement of the seat hook from the seat hook extended position to the seat hook retracted position.

A seat for a motor vehicle includes a seat base, a seat back extending upwardly from a rear portion of the seat base, a seat belt, a portion of the seat belt stored in the seat back, an emergency locking retractor in an outboard side of the seat back, the seat belt being threaded through the emergency locking retractor, and a cover covering the emergency locking retractor and the portion of the seat belt stored in the seat back. The cover may include a first cover piece covering a first side of the emergency locking retractor and the portion of the seat belt stored in the seat back and a second cover piece covering a second side of the emergency locking retractor and the portion of the seat belt stored in the seat back.

A bar extends between the first hook fastener and the second hook fastener that is parallel to the lateral axis. The bar contacts the cover to prevent further rotation when the seat is rotated about the lateral axis to prevent over-rotation of the seat.

First and second cross brackets are laterally spaced apart and arranged perpendicular to the first and second upper rails are connected to the first and second upper rails. A cover is connected to and extends between the first and second cross brackets. A spring-loaded lock holds the first upper rail in place with the first lower rail, and a towel bar releases the lock, enabling the first and second upper rails to slide within the first and second lower rails.

A seat for a motor vehicle includes a seatbelt integrated into a seat back of the seat and a seatbelt mechanism for providing access to the seatbelt. The seat further includes an extended base attached to the seat, a raised and curved section of the extended base for transitioning the seatbelt from a vertical orientation inside the seatback to a horizontal orientation for use, an arcuate slot atop the extended base, the seatbelt being threaded through the arcuate slot, the arcuate slot preventing the seatbelt from becoming tangled and misaligned, a garnish for covering the seatbelt mechanism, a fastener, and a cap for covering the fastener. The fastener fastens the garnish and the cap to the extended base.

A removable seat of a motor vehicle includes first and second cross brackets laterally spaced apart and arranged perpendicular to first and second upper rails located in a floor of the motor vehicle, the first and second cross brackets being connected to the first and second upper rails, a cover connected to and extending between the first and second cross brackets, a handle extending laterally outward from the cover, a spring-loaded lock that holds the first upper rail in place with one of a first lower rail and second lower rail the floor, and a towel bar that releases the lock, enabling the first and second upper rails to slide within the first and second lower rails.

The rail and carrier system includes two lower rails fixedly attached to and positioned laterally along a floor of the motor vehicle. Two upper rails are nested with and laterally slidable within each of the lower rails. The rail and carrier system further includes four cross brackets laterally spaced apart and arranged perpendicular to the upper rails, two connecting the left upper rails, and two connecting the right upper rails. Covers are connected to and extend between the cross brackets.

A rail and carrier system for first and second removable seats for a motor vehicle includes two lower rails fixedly attached to and positioned laterally along a floor of the motor vehicle. Two upper rails are nested with and laterally slidable within each of the first lower rails. Cross brackets are laterally spaced apart and arranged perpendicular to the upper rails. Covers are connected to and extend between the cross brackets. Spacers are located laterally between upper rails within the lower rails. The spacers include a first shoe located in the lower rail, a second shoe located in the lower rail, and a first bracket connecting the first shoe and second shoe. The first and second shoes prevent the upper rails from contacting each other.

A step garnish for a rail and carrier seat system for motor vehicle is disclosed. The rail and carrier seat system includes two rails fixedly attached to and positioned laterally along a floor of the motor vehicle, a carrier laterally slidable within the rails, a handle attached to a laterally exterior side of the carrier, and a seat attached to the carrier. The step garnish includes an inner step garnish portion, the inner step garnish portion being installed below the handle on the carrier, the inner step garnish having an exposed portion; and an outer step garnish portion, the outer step garnish portion including a cut out clearance shape for being installed from above the handle, the cut out clearance shape having a shape substantially similar to the exposed portion of the inner step garnish.

The handle and bottom surface of the seat back being exposed when the seat back is folded down.

A vehicle seat includes a seat base, a seat back, and a striker. The seat back connects with the seat base for pivotal movement about a pivot axis. The striker is moveable in a linear direction between a retracted position where the striker is disposed in the seat back and an extended position where the striker extends from the seat back for engaging an associated latch. Movement of the seat back in a first direction, which is toward the seat base, results in the striker moving toward the retracted position. Movement of the seat back in a second direction, which is away from the seat base, results in the striker moving toward the extended position.
