A remote haptic signal-based method and system of performing an authentication of video of a person in order to authorize access to a secured resource. The system and method are configured to cause a remote computing device to generate a vibration while collecting sensor data from the same device. The sensor data is evaluated to determine whether the appropriate motion response from the remote computing device is present. If the response is present, the system determines the image is authentic and can verify an identity of the person, and can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

Haptic feedback-based video authentication method and system

The system and method are configured to cause a visual and/or audio pattern to be displayed in a remote computing device while collecting image data from the same device. An audio security token with a first set of features is generated and stored for each user. During subsequent sessions, the system and method are configured to cause a remote computing device to play a specific audio signal while collecting audio data from a microphone of the same device. The audio data is evaluated to determine if the same features are present as in the first set of features. If the features are present, the system determines the image is authentic and can verify an identity of the person, and can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

Audio feedback-based video authentication method and system

A system and method for tasks assistance using a learning module comprising a knowledge graph and associated graph neural network is disclosed. The system can represent data using a knowledge graph, and generate embeddings of the knowledge graph for detecting latent patterns in the data that may be obscured in a high dimensional representation of the data. Interaction effectiveness measurements

A system and method for publishing encoded identity data that uses at least biometric information as well as non-biometric identity and/or authentication data is disclosed. The system and method can be used for verifying a user's identity against the published encoded identity data on a distributed system, such as a distributed ledger or blockchain. System and method for enhanced trust

A system and method for intelligently routing calls between customers and agents. The system and method use knowledge graphs to generate route recommendations for a route selection system. The system uses dynamically selected objective functions to generate the route recommendations. The objective functions may be selected according to the intent of the call. The system and method can also be used to reroute ongoing calls when the intent of the call changes.
