The crop ramp further includes a roller support extending rearwardly from the curved plate and a roller supported for rotation by the roller support. The roller has an outer circumferential surface configured to be contacted by a fore edge of an upper run of an endless belt draper conveyor in order maintain tracking of the conveyor and eliminate contact between the conveyor and the interior of the crop ramp.

The agricultural header also includes a fastener configured to non-movably couple the mount to a second element while the fastener is in a locked state and to enable the mount to move relative to the second element while the fastener is in an unlocked state. The second element includes the other of the arm and the frame.

System and method for aligning arms of an agricultural header

A wheel assembly of a harvester header includes a latch and a pin. The pin is configured to engage the latch while a wheel of the wheel assembly is at a first position and the pin is configured to disengage the latch while the wheel of the wheel assembly is at a second position. Engagement of the pin and the latch is configured to block movement of the wheel relative to a frame of the harvester header.

The pin is disposed within an opening of the mount, the opening has a first portion configured to receive the pin while the pin is in a first position and to block relative movement between the pin and the mount to block rotation of the arm, and the opening has a second portion configured to receive the pin while the pin is in a second position and to enable relative movement between the pin and the mount to enable rotation of the arm.

A tailings conveyance including a housing having a front plate, a back plate, and a wall, and is adapted to recycle tailings through a cleaning system of a combine using at least one impeller. The wall of the housing describes an arc near the impeller paddles over a segment of a circle described by the circumference of the impeller. The wall further continues on a tangent away from the circle at a point of tangency. A sensor is positioned proximate to the point of tangency, and senses whether a space between the front plate and the back plate directly adjacent to the sensor is obscured by tailings as the impeller rotates. A controller or control system connected to the sensor calculates an amount or percentage of time the space between the front plate and the back plate directly adjacent to the sensor is obscured by tailings as the impeller rotates.
