A tool is provided in a kit of parts for an implantable penile prosthesis that includes a first tubing section and a first connector that is attachable to a second tubing section and a second connector. The tool has a vertex end and an open end, a first arm extending from the vertex end to a first distal end, and a second arm extending from the vertex end to a second distal end. The first distal end is spaced apart from the second distal end to define the open end of the tool.

A penile prosthesis includes a penile prosthetic; a pump; a reservoir; first tubing adapted to couple the penile prosthetic to the pump; second tubing adapted to couple the reservoir to the pump; and a plate adapted to couple with the penile prosthetic. A penile prosthesis demonstration tool includes a housing having an anterior face and a posterior face, and a male genital tool including a penis tool attached to a scrotum tool, with the male genital tool connected to the anterior face of the housing. An implant including a pump is placed inside of the scrotum tool and an inflatable penile implant placed inside of the penis tool, with the posterior face connected to the housing to secure a reservoir inside of the housing between the anterior face and the posterior face of the housing.

A penile prosthesis demonstration tool includes a male genital tool connected to an exterior of the housing. The housing has a first lateral side and an opposing second lateral side, with the first lateral side and the second lateral side each formed to have a concave curvature. The male genital tool has a penis tool attached to a scrotum tool. An inflatable penile implant placed inside of the penis tool; a pump placed inside of the scrotum tool and coupled to the inflatable penile implant; a reservoir placed inside of the housing and coupled to the pump; and a lubricant placed inside of the scrotum tool. An entirety of the lubricant outside of the pump.

A method of implanting a penile prosthetic in treating erectile dysfunction is described. The method includes providing a pump having a pump bulb including a mid-section having a first face that is planar in longitudinal cross-section and a second face that is concave and arced in longitudinal cross-section. The method includes implanting an inflatable member into a penis; implanting a reservoir into an abdomen; intraoperatively coupling the pump between the inflatable member and the reservoir; and implanting the pump in a scrotum.

One aspect provides advancing a distal end of a needle out of a bore of a tool, and capturing a suture in a slot formed through an exterior surface of the needle, with the suture engaged with a penile implant. The method includes retracting the distal end of the needle and a portion of the suture into the bore of the tool, and inserting a shaft of the tool into a corpora cavernosum of a penis and forcing the distal end of the needle and the portion of the suture out of the bore of the tool and through a glans of the penis. The method includes retracting the needle into the bore and retaining the portion of the suture exterior to the glans of the penis. Pulling on the suture pulls the penile implant into the corpora cavernosum of the penis.

A cuff of an artificial urinary sphincter system includes a frame and an inflatable balloon. The frame has a first end spaced away from a second end by a gap, where the gap extends from a top edge to a bottom edge of the frame to provide an opening in the frame. The frame has a frame length measured along an interior surface of the frame from the first end to the send end of the frame to define a first quadrant that extends from the first end for a distance of about 25% of the frame length and a second quadrant that extends from the second end for a distance of about 25% of the frame length. A first inflatable balloon attached to the interior surface of the frame in the first quadrant of the frame.

A vaginal manipulator includes a shaft, a head, and a door. The head has an anterior side opposite a posterior side and includes a core fixed to the shaft and a sleeve coupled in a sliding relationship to the core. The door has a distal end that is hinged to the sleeve and a proximal end that is movable away from the core of the head. A proximal end of the core defines a proximal end of the head and a distal end of the sleeve defines a distal end of the head, and the proximal end of the core is fixed to the shaft. The core includes a ramp and a recess that is sized to receive a portion of the door, and the door includes an inclined surface that is formed such that the distal end of the door is thinner than the proximal end of the door.

A penile prosthetic includes an inflatable member that is implantable into a penis of a user, a reservoir that is implantable in an abdomen, and a pump. The pump is configured to be attached between the inflatable member and the reservoir and is implantable in a scrotum. The pump includes a pump bulb formed by first and second end sections, a mid-section and concave portions.

A method of implanting a prosthetic in a penis includes moving a dilation portion of a dilator in a distal direction and in a proximal direction within the corpora cavernosum, dilating a first portion of tissue in the corpora cavernosum, and leaving a second grooved portion of the tissue in the corpora cavernosum un-dilated and vascularized.
