Methods for dynamic routing of queued network-based communications using real-time information and machine learning are performed by systems and devices. Requests associated with fulfillments are received over a network from requestor systems, and the requests are queued in a data structure of a queue. Information that includes geolocation information from a user device of a user that is associated with the fulfillment, temporal information from the user device, or related request information associated with another request is then received over the network, and a fulfiller and a fulfillment time for the fulfillment are determined from the information. The request is provided from the queue to the fulfiller at the fulfillment time over the network.

Dynamic routing of queued network-based communications using real-time information and machine learning

Embodiments of the present invention provide methods and apparatuses for providing unique smart identifiers for entities of various entity types, such as documents or portions thereof. Each smart identifier comprises one or more data values provided by a requester of the smart identifier, or data values derived there from. The generation may be entity type based and/or customized. Embodiments include registration of custom smart identifier generation functions, with particular parameter data value requirements for particular entity types. A system includes a server to store a first portion of a message, and a client to store a complementary second portion of the message. A method and apparatus for establishing a voice call by way of an electronic mail (email) message is provided. According to one embodiment of the invention, a first party (i.e. offeror), generates or causes to be generated, an electronic token representing an offer to participate in a voice which is transmitted to an offeree party in association with an email message. Upon receiving the electronic token, the offeree has the option of accepting the offer by activating the electronic token.
