A product dispenser, such as for dispensing napkins, designed to be recessed in a countertop or wall, includes an elongated housing or chute for holding product, a faceplate assembly, and a collar for mounting the dispenser to the countertop or wall. The collar includes a locking arrangement for securing the collar in place without requiring any tools. The locking arrangement includes a thumb screw having a threaded shaft with a first end and a second end, a wing nut at the first end, and a flap at the second end. As the wing nut is rotated in a first direction, the flap is drawn upward until it engages a stop surface, such as the underside of the countertop or inside surface of a wall.

Napkin dispenser

An extendable frame work vehicle offering enhanced versatility, safety and effectiveness. The vehicle includes an adjustable frame with front and rear portions that extend or retract with respect to each other. The front portion is supported by a first pair of wheels and said rear portion is supported by a second pair of wheels. Each wheel is independently driven and steered. The vehicle also includes an engine mounted on the rear portion of the frame. Incorporated into the vehicle is an electro-hydraulic assembly which enables extension and retraction of the adjustable frame. The assembly includes a sensor-responsive microprocessor controller, at least one hydraulic pump, at least one hydraulic drive motor, and at least one valve network.

A roller for a sheet product dispenser includes a roller shaft, a roller frame molded onto the roller shaft, and a plurality of flexible rubber portions overmolded onto the roller frame and spaced along a length of the roller frame. The rubber portions are configured to contact a sheet product for dispensing from the sheet product dispenser. A dispensing mechanism for a sheet product dispenser includes a chassis and a roller positioned within and coupled to the chassis. The roller includes a roller shaft, a roller frame molded onto the roller shaft, and a plurality of flexible rubber portions overmolded onto the roller frame and spaced along a length of the roller frame. The rubber portions are configured to contact a sheet product for dispensing from the sheet product dispenser.

Automated sheet product dispenser

A dispensing mechanism for a sheet product dispenser includes a chassis, a roller positioned within and coupled to the chassis, and a spring configured to bias the roller into contact with a sheet product. Another dispensing mechanism for a sheet product dispenser includes a chassis, a roller positioned within the chassis, a pair of plugs, and a pair of springs. The roller is coupled to the chassis via the plugs, and the springs are configured to bias the roller into contact with a sheet product. Still another dispensing mechanism for a sheet product dispenser includes a chassis, a first roller positioned within and coupled to the chassis, a second roller positioned within and coupled to the chassis, and a spring configured to bias the first roller toward the second roller and into contact with a sheet product.

A sheet product dispenser includes a sheet product feed mechanism coupled to a DC stepper motor, the mechanism moving a sheet product out of the dispenser during a dispense cycle; and a control unit controlling the DC stepper motor to move the sheet product with a gradually increasing acceleration during a portion of the dispense cycle.

A ladder rack providing for easier loading, unloading, and storage of a ladder. The ladder rack preferably has a pivot and a carriage mounted upon one or more arms attached to the pivot. A ladder is placed upon the carriage which can then be rotated via the pivot and arms (and preferably using a ratchet assembly) from a loading and unloading position to a stowage position separated by an obtuse angle. In some preferred vehicular applications, the unloading and loading position is beside the vehicle while the stowage position is over or above the vehicle. Also preferably, the carriage substantially overlies the ladder when in the stowage position, thereby providing for immediate and effective security against ladder theft as well as a compact ladder storage arrangement. Preferred embodiments of the present invention also employ a carriage that is slidable along the arms. This carriage has a rung grip which is separated a distance along the ladder rack from an opposed rung grip. When a ladder is mounted upon the rung grips, the grips are located adjacent respective rungs on the ladder. By sliding the carriage and ladder along the arms toward a retracted position, the distance between the rung grips shorten, thereby gripping and holding the ladder by compressing rungs of the ladder between the rung grips. One or more springs can be used to control movement of the pivot, carriage, and ladder, if desired.
