A battery charging cabinet for micromobility transit vehicle batteries may include a cabinet housing, at least one drawer, a plurality of charging docks, and a plurality of battery chargers. The drawer may be configured to extend from and retract into the cabinet housing. The plurality of charging docks may be disposed in the drawer where each of the plurality of charging docks may be configured to interface with a battery for a micromobility transit vehicle. The plurality of battery chargers may be disposed in a corresponding charging dock of the drawer, where the battery charger is able to charge the battery held in the corresponding charging dock. Related systems and methods are additionally disclosed.

Micromobility transit vehicle battery charging systems and methods

Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods associated with locking a micromobility transit vehicle to a stationary object. A multimodal transportation system may include a docking station including a securement point, and a micromobility transit vehicle securable to the securement point of the docking station. The micromobility transit vehicle may include a storage basket and a lock cable including a first end coupled to the storage basket and a second end. The second end of the lock cable may be securable to the securement point of the docking station to lock the micromobility transit vehicle to the docking station. The storage basket may include a pin lock. The pin lock may engage a locking pin of the lock cable to lock the micromobility transit vehicle via the lock cable.

Micro-mobility transit vehicle

Techniques related to retroreflective surface layers for micro-mobility transit vehicles are disclosed. A retroreflective surface layer may be formed over at least a portion of a component of a micro-mobility transit vehicle by forming a powder coat layer over the portion of the component and baking the powder coat layer to cure the powder coat layer. An uncured clear coat layer may be formed over the powder coat layer. The uncured clear coat layer may be impregnated with a plurality of glass beads via an air-pressure applicator. The uncured clear coat layer impregnated with the glass beads may be baked to cure the clear coat layer. The retroreflective surface layer may include the powder coat layer, clear coat layer, and the plurality of glass beads distributed within the clear coat layer. The retroreflective surface layer may reflect incident light back to its source with minimal scattering of the light.

Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods to provide lighted vehicle beaconing, particularly for micro-mobility fleet vehicles. A lighted vehicle beaconing system includes a vehicle light assembly configured to be coupled to and/or integrated with a micro-mobility fleet vehicle and a logic device configured to communicate with the vehicle light assembly. The vehicle light assembly includes a programmable light element configured to receive a lighting control sequence and generate a multicolored and/or animated lighting sequence corresponding to the received lighting control sequence. The logic device is configured to determine the lighting control sequence and to generate the multicolored and/or animated lighting sequence by providing the lighting control sequence to the programmable light element of the vehicle light assembly.

Lighted vehicle beaconing systems and methods

The various implementations described herein include methods, devices, and systems for illuminating and capturing scenes. In one aspect, a video camera assembly includes: (1) one or more processors configured to operate the video camera assembly in a day mode and in a night mode; (2) an image sensor having a field of view of a scene and configured to capture video of a first portion of the scene while in the day mode of operation and in the night mode of operation, the first portion corresponding to the field of view of the image sensor; (3) one or more infrared (IR) illuminators configured to provide illumination during the night mode of operation while the image sensor captures video; and (4) an IR reflector component configured to: (i) substantially restrict the illumination onto the first portion of the scene, and (ii) illuminate the first portion in a substantially uniform manner across the field of view of the image sensor.

Such smart home devices may include one or more environmental sensors that are configured to detect the presence of one or more environmental conditions. Such smart home devices may include a light comprising a plurality of lighting elements. Such smart home devices may include a processing system configured to cause the light to illuminate using the plurality of colors and the plurality of animation patterns in response to a plurality of states of the smart home device.
