The present disclosure includes independent suspension systems or members, as well as wheeled skid steer loaders or other power machines including the same, that couple each wheel to a machine frame using a four-bar linkage, with the four bars including the frame of the machine, an upper control arm, a lower control arm, and a wheel carrier link. Each control arm is pivotally attached to both the machine frame and one end of the wheel carrier link. The four pivots between the control arms and the wheel carrier link are configured to all be contained within cylinder defined by the outer diameter of the wheel rim, allowing for a compact structure with the wheel carrier link and at least part of the control arms being positioned within this volume when the loader is in a resting position.

Loader suspension

A utility vehicle includes front and rear wheel assemblies, a frame supported on the front and rear wheel assemblies, and an operator compartment supported on the frame and having operator controls. The frame includes a central, tubular frame member having a front end portion and a rear end portion. An engine is supported on the frame for providing power to the front and rear wheel assemblies. A cooling assembly mounted above the engine. An attachment arm is attached to the front portion of the frame and a rear interface mount is rigidly attached to the rear portion of the frame.

Multiple configuration utility vehicle

A three-point hitch assembly is removeably attachable to a rear interface mount on a utility vehicle. The three-point hitch assembly includes a rock shaft, an actuator, an actuator arm and a float mechanism. The actuator arm is fixed to the actuator at a first end and rotatably coupled to the rock shaft at a second end. The float mechanism includes a float block fixed along the rock shaft and positioned adjacent the actuator arm.

A control system for a work machine is provided and includes an operator actuable input assembly and a sensor coupled to the input assembly. The sensor is configured to provide a signal indicative of operator presence on an operator platform. The control system also includes a controller operably coupled to the sensor and configured to receive the signal provided by the sensor. The controller is further configured to manipulate at least one function of the work machine based on the signal.

Interlock control system on wheeled work machine

A wheeled work machine includes a rigid frame assembly having a support with a boom pivot. A front wheel assembly is joined to the frame assembly proximate the support, while a rear wheel assembly is joined to the frame assembly at an end remote from the support. The frame assembly further supports an engine, operator platform and cargo support. The operator platform is supported by the frame assembly between the boom pivot and the engine, while the cargo support is disposed behind the operator platform.

A wheeled work machine has a cab that is assembled with side panel assemblies that are each formed from two mating die formed side panel sections so that smoothly curved shapes, and recessed cross sections can be made. When the two panel sections are rigidly joined together, they form strong, bend and torsion resistant box sections for structural members around an operator access opening, as well as around an accessory opening. The inner one of the die formed panel sections includes flanges that extend inwardly toward the center portions of the cab for supporting cross panels such as seat supports, a roof, and a dash board assembly. The side panels and cross members are spot welded together to form a quickly made, smooth appearing, and very strong operator cab.
