An orthopaedic surgical instrument assembly is disclosed. The orthopaedic surgical assembly includes a guide tower, an offset tool attached to the guide tower, and a stem trial. A guide tower includes a base surface adapted to be positioned on a proximal end of a patient's tibia and defining a first axis extending through the base surface. The offset tool is configured to rotate about the first axis. The offset tool includes a tool body that is positioned in the guide tower and is integrally formed with a shaft extending through an opening defined in the base surface of the guide tower. The stem trial is removably coupled to a lower end of the shaft.

A femoral orthopaedic surgical instrument includes a posterior femoral trial having a cutting guide defined therein and an anterior femoral trial removably coupled to the posterior femoral trial. The anterior femoral trial may also include a cutting guide defined therein. The femoral orthopaedic surgical instrument may also include a base block couplable to the posterior femoral trial in place of the anterior femoral trial. A plurality of additional orthopaedic instruments may be coupled to the base block.

An orthopaedic prosthesis includes a femoral component configured to be coupled to a surgically-prepared surface of the distal end of a femur and a plate having an aperture defined therein. The plate is configured to be coupled to the femoral component in one of a number of orientations such that the location of the aperture is adjustable based on the orientation of the plate. The orthopaedic prosthesis also includes a stem configured to be coupled to the femoral component via a bolt. The position of the stem relative to the femoral component is adjustable based on the orientation of the plate.
