A system may include a chatbot communications server executing a given chatbot conversation associated with a given retailer from among retailers. The system may also include a remote device associated with a given user, and a promotions processing server. The promotions processing server may be configured to store digital promotions for the retailers, and communicate at least one digital promotion corresponding to the given retailer to the chatbot communications server. The chatbot communications server may be configured to insert the at least one digital promotion into the given chatbot conversation to be displayed on the remote device. The chatbot conversation may permit the given user to clip at least one selected digital promotion, and add a product for purchase corresponding to the at least one selected digital promotion to a virtual shopping cart.

Promotion processing system for digital promotion insertion into retailer chatbot conversation and related methods

A promotion processing system may include a remote device and a promotion server. The promotion server may be configured to generate a promotion within a social media feed. The promotion may be associated with a given product brand. The promotion server may be configured to operate a chatbot conversation on the remote device corresponding to the promotion. The chatbot may be operated to determine a recommended product within the given product brand, validate a purchase of the recommended product, and permit redemption of the promotion based upon validation of the purchase.

Promotion processing system including chatbot product recommendation and related methods

A system for processing a digital promotion may include a cloud server. The cloud server may be configured to operate a messenger bot associated with a digital advertisement for a given product on a mobile wireless communications device associated with a given user, collect information from the messenger bot, and determine whether a potential redemption location is within a given area associated with the mobile wireless communications device. When the potential redemption location is within the given area, the cloud server may communicate a first digital promotion for the given product through the messenger bot to the mobile wireless communications device based upon the collected information. When the potential redemption location is outside the given area, the cloud server may communicate a second digital promotion through the messenger bot to the mobile wireless communications device based upon the collected information.

A system for processing a digital promotion may include mobile wireless communications devices and a digital promotion server. The digital promotion server may be configured to operate a messenger bot to collect information and communicate a first digital promotion for a first product to at least one mobile wireless communications device based upon the collected information. The digital promotion server may also be configured to determine an underperforming redemption location for the first digital promotion for the first product having underperforming sales of the first product relative to other redemption locations and obtain an identification of a second product also included with the first product from transaction receipts. The digital promotion server may also be configured to generate a second digital promotion associated with the second product for redemption at the underperforming redemption location and communicate the second digital promotion to the mobile wireless communications devices.

Digital promotion processing system generating a digital promotion based upon underperforming location and related methods

A promotion processing system may include user devices that may include a mobile device to acquire an image of a given product having a brand associated therewith. The system may include a promotion processing server to obtain the acquired image of the given product from the mobile wireless device, and use image recognition to determine the brand associated with the given product based upon the acquired image. The server may also operate a chatbot with the user devices. The chatbot may include a social media wall having user-obtained images of different products, and each different product may be associated with the brand. The server may add the acquired image to the social media wall and solicit voting, within the chatbot and from the user devices, for a favored image on the social media wall, and determine and communicate a reward value to the mobile device based upon the voting.

Promotion processing system including chatbot based image voting and related methods

A promotion processing system may include a first mobile wireless communications device associated with a gift giver and configured to obtain a unique identifier from a product label of a product to be gifted, and record a video message associated with the unique identifier. The system may also include a second mobile wireless communications device associated with a gift recipient and configured to obtain the unique identifier. A promotion processing server may be configured to cooperate with the first mobile wireless communications device to obtain the video message and the unique identifier, and cooperate with the second mobile wireless communications device to obtain the unique identifier. The promotion processing server may also be configured to operate a chatbot and communicate the video message within the chatbot to the second mobile wireless communications device to display the video message thereon.

A system for processing a digital promotion may include a mobile wireless communications device and a digital promotion server. The digital promotion server may be configured to operate a messenger bot to communicate a digital promotion for a given product to the mobile wireless communications device. The digital promotion may be redeemable at a redemption location. The digital promotion server may be configured to obtain an image of a guest check associated with a purchase transaction at the redemption location, and determine whether the given product is indicated on the image of the guest check, and when so, cooperate with the redemption location to redeem the digital promotion for the given product during the purchase transaction.
