A precast composite wall structure and method for forming the wall structure are disclosed. The method includes providing a casting bed defining a plurality of shapes corresponding to a three-dimensional outer surface of a wall structure, placing a first layer of uncured concrete to conform to the shapes defined by the lower surface, positioning a forming member in overlying relation above the frame, the forming member defining a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween, positioning a stud frame within the casting bed along the forming member, placing a second layer of uncured concrete within the casting bed to conform to the rectangular-shaped channels between the rectangular protrusions, and allowing the concrete to cure.

Method of forming a composite wall structure

A precast concrete panel and method for forming the panel are disclosed. A method of forming the panel to be used as a floor, wall, or roof structure includes positioning one or more forming members within a casting bed having a plurality of upright surfaces defining a generally rectangular interior area, the one or more forming members comprising an insulating material extending along a length dimension of the one or more forming members to define a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels in a parallel and spaced-apart relationship, placing uncured concrete within the casting bed and allowing the concrete to cover the one or more forming members and substantially fill the channels, and allowing the concrete to cure.

Method of forming a concrete panel

A modular precast concrete structure system to form a modular precast concrete structure as a portion of a subsurface storage basin is provided, the system including a concrete slab having a first edge and opposite second edge, and a first concrete side wall having an outer surface extending from the first edge substantially perpendicularly to the concrete slab, and a second concrete side wall having an outer surface extending from the second edge substantially perpendicularly to the concrete slab, the outer surfaces of the first and second concrete side walls being configured to be substantially parallel, each of the first and second side walls being configured with canted inner surfaces such that the first and second side walls taper in thickness away from the slab, and a plurality of footings each configured with a footing groove along an upper surface thereof, the footing grooves configured to receive a bottom edge of at least one of the first and second side walls therein.

Modular precast concrete water storage device and system

A precast concrete wall structure and method for forming a wall structure are disclosed. A frame is positioned within a casting bed. The frame comprises first and second spaced apart metal tracks which are interconnected by a plurality of metal studs. The casting bed has a plurality of surfaces defining a generally rectangular interior area. A forming member is placed above the frame, the forming member comprising a layer of insulating material defining a plurality of integrally-formed rectangular protrusions extending in a parallel and spaced-apart relationship to one another to define a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween. Uncured concrete is placed within the casting bed and allowed to cure.

Precast concrete wall and method

A precast concrete wall structure and method for forming a wall structure are disclosed. A forming member is positioned within a casting bed. The forming member comprises a layer of insulating material defining a plurality of integrally-formed rectangular protrusions extending in a parallel and spaced-apart relationship to one another to define a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween. The forming member also defines at least one cutout for defining a first portion of a fastener for securing the wall structure to a support structure. A second portion of the fastening member is positioned within the cutout. Uncured concrete is placed within the casting bed and allowed to cure.
