A device and a method for testing SAS channels which are applied to a plurality of pairs of SAS interfaces. The testing device includes a control terminal, a PCI-E microprocessor, a PCI-E-to-SAS adaptor, and a signal feedback module. The control terminal is used for selecting SAS channels and sending a control command; the PCI-E microprocessor is used for receiving the control command and sending a test signal to a PCI-E channel according to the control command; the PCI-E-to-SAS adaptor is used for converting a transmission signal between the PCI-E channel and the SAS channels; and the signal feedback module is used for connecting a first SAS interface to a second SAS interface in the SAS back plate. The PCI-E microprocessor compares whether the test signal sent to the first SAS channel is consistent with the test signal received from the second SAS interface.

Device and method for testing SAS channels

A parallel burning system and method is for burning chips of various different bus types in parallel. A computer compiles configuration information according to corresponding connection relations between the chips and the micro controller units, and transmits the configuration information, burning command and burning data to a master micro controller unit of the micro controller units. The master micro controller unit distributes the burning data to slave micro controller units of the micro controller units based on the analyzed configuration information, and controls each slave micro controller unit to activate its burning operation. Then, the slave micro controller units burn the burning data onto the chips connected thereto, and transmit the burning results back to the master micro controller unit after completion of the burning operations. Finally, the master micro controller unit transmits the burning results back to the computer after completion of all the burning operations.

Testing method for extended capabilities port of printers and fixture thereof

A test system and method utilizing a single storage device through a network, which includes a server and at least a test object connected to a storage device that supports multi-system operations. The storage device provides many kinds of test environments and test tools for different test objects. The storage device includes a test program, a plurality of virtual test sections and test tools. When a correspondent virtual test section does not exist in the storage device, the associated test disk image is obtained from the server for establishing a new virtual test section in the storage device. Through the network operation, the test environment management is simplified and the test efficiency is improved.

System and method for performing product tests utilizing a single storage device

A multithread auto test method is disclosed for the test process of computer hardware. According to the exclusion relation among the unique IDs of the test items, a multithread executable logic is automatically generated. An appropriate parallel method is employed to find procedures for test items that do not have conflictions. Therefore, multithreads of test procedures are performed to increase the test efficiency and quality. The method includes the steps of: determining a unique ID of a test item; automatically generating a test logic table according to the exclusion relation among the unique IDs; and performing multithread test procedure according to the test logic given in the test logic table.

Multithread auto test method

A system that uses a graphic interface to perform stock management is disclosed. It is comprised of a database to store data needed for stock management and to link each of the following modules to perform stock management using the graphic interface. The modules include a stock allocation designing module, which helps a user decide the size of a stock, storage areas, storage space and relevant attributes according to practical needs; a data receiving module, which receives the data of the stock, the storage areas, the storage space and a plurality of goods; a stock layout generating module, which plots a stock layout according to the data received by the data receiving module; a stock operating module, which displays messages corresponding to the operations the user has performed on the stock layout; and a data storage module, which saves the results of the operations performed on the stock layout by the user in the database.

System using graphic interface to perform stock management

This specification discloses a method for using a smart card on an HPC, which, through the combination of the HPC and a smart card reader and a driver, controls the smart card reader.
