A toilet plunger and waste fracturing assembly includes a tube that has a first end and a second end and a longitudinal axis extending between the first and second ends. A cup is attached to the second end and is comprised of a resiliently flexible material and is used to force fluid down a toilet drain. A rod is positioned in the tube, extends outwardly of the second end and through an aperture in the cup. The rod has an interior end positioned within the tube and an exterior end positioned outside of the tube. The tube has an elongated slot therein extending through and along a perimeter wall of the tube. A grip extends through the slot and is attached to the internal end of the rod. The grip is movable along the slot to move the internal end toward or away from the second end of the tube.

Described is a locking stop mechanism for a riflescope that includes at least one rotatable reticle adjustment dial mounted on a scope body. It includes a stop member on the adjustment dial at a preselected position and a lock member on the scope body. The lock member is positioned to engage the stop member upon rotation of the adjustment dial to a preselected setting. The lock member is configured to prevent rotation of the adjustment dial in either direction when engaged with the stop member while allowing free rotation in at least one direction when the lock member is manually displaced and when the stop member is not engaged with the lock member at the preselected setting.

A riflescope high speed, coarse and fine adjustment assembly that includes a riflescope with an erector tube located inside a scope body. Formed on the scope body is a mounting surface with a lead screw slot located adjacent to the proximal end of the erector tube. Located over the mounting surface is an adjustment plate with a perpendicularly aligned post member located thereon. Located inside the post member is a threaded lead screw with threaded head that connects to the post member and a lower non-threaded neck that extends into a slot formed on the mounting surface. The adjustment plate is affixed along its front edge while the plate's opposite rear section is detached and free to move up or down. Disposed over the adjustment plate is a cover plate with a fine adjustment lever that selectively rises and lowers the rear edge of the cover plate. Attached to the cover plate is a detent plate. Attached over the detent plate is a coarse adjustment dial. During use, the coarse adjustment dial is rotated for the target distance and then the fine adjustment lever is rotated which causes the adjustment plate to finely adjust the length of the lead screw.

Riflescope high speed adjusting elevation assembly

A combined focus and reticle illumination system for a riflescope which uses a single, dual functioning turn knob mounted on the scope turret for focusing and activating and deactivating the illuminated reticle. During use, the turn knob is rotated to adjust the relative position of a sliding focusing cell assembly located inside the scope body in front of the erector tube. The reticle, attached to the proximal end of the erector tube, includes a side mounted LED. The turn knob has a push-pull movement and a battery located therein that disconnects and connects, respectively, the electric circuit. The sliding focusing cell includes a rigid outer housing that is resistant to bending and a rear sliding lens cell that is biased in a rearward direction to be self-centering during recoil. Wires extend from the turn knob to the LED along the scope sidewalls and are designed to preclude twisting.
