The securement components include a rail vise ( ), a C-channel clamp ( ), a leaf spring shackle ( ), L-clamps ( ), a slide plate ( ), a hole adapter ( ), a tie-down ratchet assembly ( ), and a turnbuckle assist ( ). The rail vise has two guide channels ( ) which slidably receive guide pins ( ) therein. The guide pins ( ) extend from a front movable clamp leg ( ). The leaf spring shackle ( ) includes an L-shaped base plate ( ) and a clamp member ( ), which cooperate to clamp a mounting bracket ( ) of a leaf spring ( ) therebetween. The hold adapter ( ) includes a reference hole insert ( ) sized and configured to fit in a reference hole ( ) of the vehicle frame ( ) with slip clearance. The hole adapter ( ) also includes an adapter ring ( ) for larger reference holes ( ).
