A system and method for determining real estate showing data includes electronically receiving subject property; determining a set of comparable properties based on the subject property; determining showing data for the subject property; determining showing data for at least one of the set of comparable properties; and electronically communicating the showing data for the subject property and the showing data for at least one of the set of comparable properties.

Real estate showing comparison application

A method for setting or adjusting a sale price for a subject real estate listing including receiving data regarding a subject real estate listing from a handheld device operating a predictive showing change application. The data regarding the subject real estate listing is compared with a multiple of comparable real estate listings and an output that compares a number of showings for a suggested price of the subject real estate listing compared to a number of showings based on the multiple of comparable real estate listings is determined.

Predictive change for real estate application

A lockbox includes a housing, a key storage area and a lockbox circuit. The key storage area is shaped to receive a stored key and is attached to or positioned within the housing. The key storage area is secured with a lock mechanism to prevent unauthorized access to the stored key. The lockbox circuit comprises a transceiver operable by a magnetically induced current generated by a closely positioned radio access device that can send and receive signals. The circuit is configured to unlock the key storage area upon determining that an access request is authorized to providing access to the stored key. Methods of operation are also disclosed.
