In a method and module for controlling rotation of a motorized spindle driven by a driving unit, a sensing unit senses vibration of the spindle and generates a voltage signal corresponding to the vibration of the spindle. A processing unit receives the voltage signal from the sensing unit, generates an adjusting ratio equal to a reference voltage corresponding to a predetermined vibration level of the spindle by the voltage signal upon detecting that the voltage signal is greater than the reference voltage and is less than a predetermined threshold voltage that is greater than the reference voltage, and outputs a control signal corresponding to the adjusting ratio to the driving unit such that the driving unit reduces a rotation speed of the spindle by the adjusting ratio in response to the control signal from the processing unit.

Method and module for controlling rotation of a motorized spindle

A processing machine includes a machine bed, a spindle seat, a sliding rail unit, and a driving unit. The sliding rail unit is disposed between the machine bed and the spindle seat. The driving unit is used for driving the spindle seat to move within a slot in the machine bed, and includes a threaded rod journalled on a junction between a bottom wall surface and a lateral wall surface of the machine bed, and a nut member disposed fixedly on a junction between a bottom surface and a lateral side surface of the spindle seat and engaging the threaded rod.

Processing machine

A cooling system includes a housing having a compartment and an oil inlet. A transformer unit is disposed in the compartment and includes a plurality of large power transformers. A heat-dissipating unit is disposed in the compartment and includes a fluid inlet port member, a fluid outlet port member, a heat conductor, and a plurality of heat exchange pipes. The heat conductor is in thermal contact with the heat exchange pipes. The heat exchange pipes are arranged along a first direction. Each of the heat exchange pipes extends along a plane that is not parallel to the first direction. A cooling oil is introduced into the compartment through the oil inlet such that the transformer unit, the heat conductor, and the heat exchange pipes are immersed in the cooling oil.

Cooling system for large power transformers

A storage battery inspecting system includes a power supply unit and an inspecting unit. The inspecting unit includes two inspecting terminals to be connected to a battery soldering spot so as to detect response of the soldering spot to application of a test power signal by the power supply unit, and a control module for determining if a detected response of the soldering spot falls within a predetermined range configured in the control module, generating an indication signal if the detected response falls outside the predetermined range, and generating an inspection result corresponding to the detected response. The inspecting unit further includes an indication interface for outputting the indication signal, a transmission interface permitting supply of the inspection result to a processing device, and a control interface permitting supply of a control signal generated by the control module to a peripheral device for controlling operation of the peripheral device based on the detected response.

Storage battery inspecting system

A high-power thyristor module includes a housing configured with an inner receiving space, and a thyristor unit disposed in the inner receiving space in the housing and including a mounting frame, and a plurality of high-power thyristors mounted on the mounting frame. Each thyristor has a gate. The mounting frame includes a dielectric top plate disposed on a top side of the housing, and a plurality of electrodes mounted on the top plate so that the electrodes are exposed outwardly of the housing, and coupled respectively to the gates of the thyristors. Cooling oil is contained in the inner receiving space so that the thyristors are submerged thereby.

High-power thyristor module having cooling effect

A machining apparatus includes a support frame, first and second workbenches, and a tool-mounting unit. The support frame includes a first horizontal frame part, and a second horizontal frame part disposed above the first horizontal frame part. The first and second workbenches are mounted slidably on the first horizontal frame part of the support frame, and is slidable relative to the support frame in a first horizontal direction. The tool-mounting unit is mounted slidably on the second horizontal frame part of the support frame, and is slidable relative to the support frame in a second horizontal direction transverse to the first horizontal direction.

Machining apparatus

A cutting machine includes: a machine body; a hollow piston; a first shaft extending into the piston, co-movable with the piston relative to the machine body along a first axis, and rotatable about the first axis relative to the piston; a second shaft rotatable about a second axis and coupled to the first shaft when the first shaft is disposed at a first axial position; a rotary cutter holder rotatable about the first axis and coupled to the second shaft; a third shaft rotatable about the first axis and coupled to the first shaft when the first shaft is disposed at a second axial position; and a driving unit for driving rotation of the first shaft about the first axis.
