The following relates to an apparatus for a terminal, the apparatus comprising: means for receiving, from a master access point, assistance information, the assistance information comprising configuration information for a first candidate Primary Secondary Cell, PSCell, and a second candidate PSCell, and a first indication of whether the first and second candidate PSCell are associated with a common master cell configuration; and means for determining a failure condition that occurred when connecting with the first candidate PSCell; means for, in response to the determining, using the first indication to determine whether to attempt to connect with the second candidate PSCell.

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for survival time dependent flexible handover execution are provided. One method may include providing, by a network node, at least one handover execution condition to at least one user equipment. The at least one handover execution condition may include one or more delta values with respect to one or more actual handover execution conditions to allow for early and/or late execution of a handover by the at least one user equipment. The method may also include indicating, to the at least one user equipment, a transfer interval and/or a survival time information for which the at least one handover execution condition is taken into account.

Survival time dependent flexible handover execution

A method, apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided for joint management of resources of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications. In one example implementation, the method may include notifying, by a first user equipment (UE), one or more second user equipments (UEs) about a first group of resources selected for sidelink communications. The first user equipment (UE) and the one or more second user equipments (UEs) belong to a group of user equipments (UEs) with the first user equipment (UE) as a lead user equipment (UE) of the group of user equipments (UEs). The example method may further include receiving, by the first user equipment (UE), feedback from the one or more second user equipments (UEs); and determining, by the first user equipment, a second group of resources for sidelink communications of the group of user equipments (UEs), the second group of resources being determined based at least on the feedback received from the one or more second user equipments (UEs).

Coordination of sidelink mode-2 resource reservation for V2X communications

A UE receives configuration from a source cell for conditional handover for target cell(s). At least one of the target cell(s) also supports DAPS handover. The UE determines that either a RLF or HOF has occurred. The UE selects one of the target cell(s) for a handover, and performs a process for handover to the selected target cell. A UE receives individual handover commands and corresponding configuration for conditional handover for target cell(s) and an indication to use DAPS handover if possible in response to a handover. The UE determined condition(s) for handover to one of the target cell(s) have triggered, wherein the one target cell supports DAPS handover. The UE performs, based on the indication to use DAPS handover if possible in response to a handover, handover by the user equipment to the one target cell without releasing the source cell while accessing the one target cell.

Link recovery via cells prepared with information for handovers including CHO and daps

For a UE in a wireless network and able to communicate via sidelink communications with other UE(s), the UE determines whether a specific condition exists indicating the UE has limited availability of CG resources used to communicate for the sidelink communications. The UE sends, using the sidelink communications, a message indicating the limited availability of the CG resources toward the other UE(s). Another UE receives the message indicating a limited availability of CG resources for the UE, and prepares an application in the other UE for a less sensitive mode of operation having less QoS than a mode having a normal QoS. A base station can configure the UE with the CG resources and provide a set of parameters to the UE to be used to form the message for the user equipment to transmit to the other UE(s) using sidelink communications.

A UE, connected using a current cell served by a first satellite to a BS, receives information from the BS including assistance information for a cell switch from the current cell to a cell served by a second satellite. The information is received before a stop time indicating when the current cell will stop serving the UE. The UE performs the cell switch from the current cell to the cell served by the second satellite using at least the assistance information to find cell synchronization block(s) for the served by the second satellite. The BS sends the information from the BS including the assistance information for a cell switch from the current cell to a cell served by a second satellite. The BS shuts down the current cell at a stop time.

Use of cell switch assistance information for SSB searching during satellite switching

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of resource pool configuration and usage for V2X. The method comprises receiving, at a first device, information of a set of resource pools allocated for a predetermined area from a second device and a usage pattern for the set of resource pools from a third device, the usage pattern at least indicating an association between the set of resource pools and at least one property of the predetermined area. The method further comprises determining at least one attribute of the first device related to the at least one property and determining a target resource pool for communication from the set of resource pools based on the at least one attribute, the information and the usage pattern. In the solution, the V2X control device may coordinate the resource pool configuration with the network device and determine polices for the usage of the resource pool. In this way, the resource pool can be configured more efficient for V2X packet distribution and reception.

According to an example embodiment, a method may include receiving, by a user equipment from a serving base station associated with a source cell, a reconfiguration message that includes a target cell configuration for a target cell, a configuration of a conditional handover execution condition, and information that indicates that the user equipment should immediately decode and apply the target cell configuration upon receiving the reconfiguration message; and immediately decoding and applying, by the user equipment, the target cell configuration upon receiving the reconfiguration message, without waiting for the conditional handover execution condition to be fulfilled.

Early measurements for PSCell addition after handover

Improved techniques of beam management in a HO situation include receiving, at a source node from a candidate target node after receiving a measurement report from a UE prior to completion of a HO, a repetition configuration of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource index to be used by the UE for random access. When beam refinement occurs during HO, a candidate target cell for HO provides the UE with a repetition configuration of CSI-RS resource index that will be selected and used by the UE for random access to the target cell. When beam refinement occurs before HO, the candidate target cell of handover provides the UE (e.g. during the handover preparation phase in case of conditional HO (CHO)) with the repetition configuration of CSI-RS resource index (or indices) whose transmission(s) is repeated while the UE is served by the source cell and before executing a handover.

It is provided a method comprising: checking if an indication indicates that a target cell is configured to store concurrently first and second configurations of a terminal, wherein the first configuration is based on a first conditional handover request, and the second configuration data set is based on a second conditional handover request; monitoring if the source cell intends performing a radio reconfiguration of the terminal after the source cell configured the terminal for the first conditional handover; canceling the first conditional handover if the source cell intends performing the radio reconfiguration and the indication does not indicate the concurrently storing; instructing the source cell to request the second conditional handover from the target cell if the source cell intends performing the radio reconfiguration and the indication indicates the concurrently storing.
