A control device comprises a clutch having two parts which are respectively coupled with an input shaft and an output shaft. The input shaft carries a torque limiter having a rotating pulley coupled with a central axle by a friction member. The rotating pulley is connected to the output shaft, and the central axis is connected to the input shaft. In case of disengagemnt of the output shaft, with the input shaft always being in rotation, a limited couple is transmitted to the part of the clutch coupled to the output shaft through the torque limiter in order to cause the part to attain a given position on abutment.

Device for controlling positioned stopping of a packaging unit

This actuating and locking apparatus comprises an actuating shaft (1) mounted in two bearings (2) and (3) and on which is mounted a control lever (6), a second lever (25), a spring (15), a part (20) rigidly connected to the shaft (1) and an arm (45) rigidly connected to this shaft and bearing a small plate (43) intended to co-act with an electromagnet (41). The control lever (6) is mounted freely on the actuating shaft (1), while the second lever (25) is rigidly connected to this shaft. In normal operation a connecting rod (14) causes the control lever (6) to pivot around its axis, thus driving via the lateral pin (23) and the recess (24) the second lever (25) and consequently the driving shaft (1). In order to lock e.g. a paper gripper (36), the electromagnet (41) is excited, thus locking the small plate (43), the actuating shaft (1) and the lever (25) in the upper position, allowing free displacement of the control lever (6) and generating torsion on the spring (15) during each cycle.

A device for transferring rows of products from moulds to a delivering table while turning over and setting the spacing of the products during transfer comprises telescopic assemblies of suction-cup supports mounted on diametrically opposed tubular arms rotatable on a fixed suction pipe with which the suction cups communicate. The angular position of the suction-cup supports relative to the arms is controlled during rotation to facilitate unmoulding of the products, and the spacing of the suction-cup supports is set, by a sliding sun-and-planet pinion arrangement controlled by two cam systems.

Device for transferring products between moulds of a production machine

An endless chain passing about a constantly rotating driving wheel and a chain-tensioning driven wheel carries alternately-disposed first and second rollers, with object-driving fingers on the first rollers. Along the upper run of the chain is a fixed ramp having a lower rolling track for the first rollers and an upper rolling track for the second rollers whereby the chain is accordion-folded at a location corresponding to a zone on a table for intermittently receiving objects to be delivered between the fingers. After the fixed ramp is a vertically-reciprocating mobile ramp which produces an intermittent stopping of the fingers in said zone, while allowing the objects taken-up to leave the table with the chain unfolded and hence with a regular pitch and at constant speed.
