A turbine wheel for a turbine engine is provided. The turbine wheel includes a disk carrying blades including internal channels for passing a flow of cooling air, each blade having a platform carrying an airfoil and connected by a tang to a root. The blade roots are engaged in grooves in the periphery of the disk and their tangs define between them spaces for housing sealing and damping members, which cooperate with the inside faces of the platforms to define air flow cavities. The tangs of at least some of the blades include cooling air outlet orifices that open out both into internal channels in the blades and into the cavities.

Turbine wheel for a turbine engine

A turbine wheel in a turbine engine is provided. The wheel includes a disk having a plurality of blades with roots that are axially engaged and radially retained in longitudinal slots in the outer periphery of the disk, the blades having platforms that extend circumferentially end to end and that are radially facing longitudinal teeth of the disk that define the slots. Protection members for protecting the flanks of the slots and made out of sheet metal are mounted on the teeth of the disk and held thereon by co-operating shapes, the protection members bear radially against the platforms of the blades in order to oppose circumferential tilting of the blades, and at least partially close the radial gaps between the teeth and the platforms of the blades.

Turbine wheel in a turbine engine

A composite material turbine nozzle blade including an airfoil adapted to have a cooling fluid flow through it and extending between a shroud and a root is provided. The shroud is shaped to be attached to one or more turbine casings of a turbomachine and the root is shaped to provide a junction with a turbine internal casing. The root is produced with a loosened texture and includes an external upstream side loosened texture lug and an external downstream side loosened texture lug, the ends of the two external side lugs extending axially relative to the rotation axis of the turbomachine to form a device for supporting and centering the internal casing.

A sealing device is disclosed comprising a least one sealing leaf maintained axially in position by a retaining bracket which comprises a first end bearing on the sealing leaf and a bent-back second end engaged in a groove in a structural element. The sealing leaf is preferably retained radially in position by lugs which are bent so as to engage below lugs provided on the retaining bracket. When the sealing device comprises at least two adjacent sealing leaves placed edge to edge, the device also comprises a cover sheet so disposed between the sealing leaves and the retaining bracket as to cover the joint between the two adjacent leaves.
