Device for the earthquake-resistant mounting of a partition between a floor () and a ceiling (). The partition includes: a frame having (i) a lower runner () and an upper runner () which are essentially horizontal, and (ii) essentially-vertical studs which connect the upper and lower runners; and a coating () which is fixed to the frame. The device includes: a contoured slide () which is intended to be solidly connected to the upper runner () and which has an essentially-U-shaped cross-section, and a top rail () which is intended to be fixed to the ceiling () and partially housed in the slide () between the arms of the U-shaped section thereof. The slide () and the top rail () are mounted such that they can move vertically in relation to one another. In addition, reversible detent elements are also provided between the slide () and the top rail ().

A suspender bottom bracket for ceiling frameworks, includes a support wall that is adapted to be fastened to a rod of the suspender and is extended by two flanges in parallel planes that each have a rim parallel to the support wall, the two rims being directed toward the interior of the volume encompassed by the support wall and the planes of the flanges. The rims have at their end a fixing lug, the fixing lugs being on the opposite side of the support wall relative to the rims, perpendicular to the support wall, and are offset in a direction parallel to the planes of the flanges by a distance sufficient to provide a passage for the framework. The flanges that extend from the support wall as far as the rims have the overall shape of parallelograms.

A support structure for sanitary apparatus to be wall-mounted on a partition wall incorporating an internal framework. In accordance with the invention the support structure comprises, joined to each other in one piece by two legs (31), two crossmembers (32, 33) at least one of which comprises at least one pair of holes (34) disposed symmetrically to each other on either side of a median vertical axis (M) and adapted to fasten the sanitary apparatus (11) concerned and locating means adapted to enable fastening to it at a given location of at least one pipe or the like (23, 24, 25, 26) adapted to serve the sanitary apparatus (11). Application to the wall-mounting of any kind of sanitary apparatus.
