An inner liner for a boot having a sole and an upper provided with a foot entry opening in its front upper part. The upper is made of several pieces, the several pieces being connected by a mode of assembly that define connecting lines. A sealing element extends continuously from the sole, where it is welded/glued, to the foot entry opening by completely housing the liner toe. The liner contributes to reinforcing and ensuring the impermeability of the boot.

A sport boot with an upper which closes by tightening devices for maintaining it on the lower part of the wearer's leg includes a device for adjusting a portion of its contour adapted to modify the envelopment perimeter of the upper, independently of the tightening devices. The adjustment device has a linkage element having a rigidity at least equivalent to that of the wall of the upper, which is fixed rigidly and only on both sides of a scallop to block reciprocally the edges of the latter and to ensure continuity of the upper edge of the upper, a fixing device being provided to be adjustable to vary the spacing of the scallop edges whose lower portion is located toward the base of the upper in the zone corresponding to the transition zone between the lower part of the leg and the ankle of the wearer of the boot.

Alpine ski boot (1) comprising a shell base (2) surmounted by an upper (4) at least partially articulated (5) on the latter and at least one device (6) for back-to-front control of the active flection of the upper, constituted by a cursor transversely adjustable in position so as to delimit a rigid, movable point of support at least partially between the lower front edge (8) of the jointed upper (4) and a stationary portion (9) of the shell base (2). The cursor (7) supporting the device (6) for flection control of the upper (4) is constituted by a sliding device capable of translational travel on the guide rail (10) attached to the shell base and extending substantially parallel to at least a portion of the lower front edge (8) of the upper (4).

The invention is related to alpine ski boot including a rigid shell base overlaid by an upper that has a front portion and a rear portion, the latter being at least partially pivotal with respect to the shell base and including a latching and unlatching device with respect to the shell base, accessible from the exterior of the boot via a control member, the latching position of the latter, corresponding to an initial adjustable reference advance position, from which the upper is capable of an angular clearance along an amplitude predetermined with respect to the shell base. The latching and unlatching device includes a multi-position member capable of being displaced angularly about a longitudinal axis (X-X') of the shell base in a corresponding coaxial housing arranged in the rear portion thereof, and includes a plurality of orifices radially off-centered with respect to its virtual center, such that one of these orifices, chosen as a function of the initial desired advance of the upper, can be brought into a vertical axis to coincide with a latching finger affixed to the upper.

Alpine ski boot comprising a shell base (5) surmounted by an upper (2) made of one or several parts (3,4) which pivots at least partially from back to front. The boot comprises a device (35) for releasably locking the shell base (5), which device consists of a stop (13) on the shell base and a pivoting lever (11) forming a rocker device jointed to a pin (12) arranged on the rear portion (4) of the upper (2) and capable of locking the upper by cooperating with the stop (13) when acted upon by a control device (10) accessible from the outside of the boot. The locking position of this device corresponds to an initial adjustable forward extension position from which the upper (2) can pivot angularly in relation to the shell base (5). The initial forward extension position of the upper (2) can be adjusted by an arrangement (40) capable of modifying vertically the position of the hinge pin (12) belonging to the rocker device (11) relative to the front portion (4) of the upper (2) which supports it, between at least two adjustment values.

Ski boot in which at least one opening/closing area (7) designed to allow insertion of the foot when the boot is put on/taken off comprises at least two flaps (9, 10) which join by overlapping and in which the movement by which the flaps are drawn together one over the other is controlled by at least one tightening device (12) which connects them in the boot closure position. The boot is provided with a flexible watertight covering element (8, 28) mounted on the outside of its shell on the opening/closing area (7) and encloses the two flaps (9, 10) by sealing the gap (18) remaining between them in the closed position.

The flexible connection describes a circuit originating from a strap of the collar constituting a mobile attachment point of one end of the link, which is thereafter freely connected to the tensioning lever, by which it transits, to be thereafter fixed by its other end on a portion of the collar constituting a fixed attachment point, from which the intermediate tensioning lever exerts a traction on the other end of the link simultaneously causing a tightening action on the strap and a latching action of the element for reclaiming rear support and vice versa.

The boot (1) comprises a device (35) for front-to-back immobilization of the upper (2), which acts on an oscillating lever (11) capable of being supported against a stop (13) on the shell base (5). The device is constituted by a rectilinear-motion control mechanism (10) incorporating an external control device (18), of which an inner part (19) actuates, via a cam (19a), a sensing device (49) associated with the oscillating lever (11) so as to impart to the latter an angular rotating movement around its pin (12) toward a locked or released position in relation to the stop (13) formed on the shell base (5).

An inner boot for a ski boot which has wall portions that define the body of the inner boot. The wall portions are made from an open cell foam material. A lower portion of the inner boot includes a sealing coating of polyurethane that seals the foot of a skier against moisture and humidity. A process for manufacturing the inner boot includes degreasing the inner boot, soaking the inner boot in a polyurethane solution, removing excess polyurethane and drying the inner boot.

Ski boot comprised of a rigid shell at least partially surmounted by an upper (4) and at least one padding element (9) inside the boot intended to block the skier's foot. A rear portion of the upper of a ski boot is provided with a support element which includes at least one wedge which is adapted to selectively cooperate with a portion of the element. At least one opening or recess is provided along one surface of the support element; the recess is adapted to receive the wedge, and a plate covers at least a part of the recess. The wedge is generally U-shaped and has arms of different thicknesses with a spacing such that each of the arms is adapted to be positioned on a different side of the plate.
