This method includes introducing a downstream stream () of cracked gas from a downstream heat exchanger () in a downstream separator () and recovering, at the head of the downstream separator (), a high-pressure fuel gas stream (). The method includes the passage of the stream () of fuel through the downstream exchanger () and an intermediate exchanger () to form a reheated high-pressure fuel stream (), the expansion of the reheated high-pressure fuel stream () in at least a first dynamic expander () and the passage of the partially expanded fuel stream () from the intermediate exchanger () in a second dynamic expander () to form an expanded fuel stream (). The expanded fuel stream () from the second dynamic expander () is reheated in the downstream heat exchanger () and in the intermediate heat exchanger ().

Method for fractionating a stream of cracked gas to obtain an ethylene-rich cut and a stream of fuel, and related installation

The present disclosure provides a system and method for recycling intermediate product streams of at least gasoline from the MTP plant to the steam cracker plant for processing with the feedstock of the steam cracker plant to generate a higher percentage of ethylene and propylene. The steam cracker feedstock can be ethane.

This method includes the separation of an upstream partly condensed cracked gas stream in an intermediate separator (B) in order to recover an intermediate liquid (), and an intermediate cracked gas stream () and the introduction of the intermediate liquid () into an intermediate demethanization column (). The method comprises the sampling of a portion of the intermediate liquid () and the expansion of at least one first fraction () obtained from the sampled portion (). Method for treating a cracked gas stream from a hydrocarbon pyrolysis installation and installation associated therewith

A process for the high-yield recovery of ethylene and heavier hydrocarbons from the gas produced by pyrolysis of hydrocarbons in which the liquid products resulting from the fractionated condensation of a cracking gas for the recovery of almost all the ethylene, are supplied to a distillation column, called a de-ethanizer, at different intermediate levels. At the top of the de-ethanizer the vapor of the column distillate is treated directly in an acetylene hydrogenation reactor, the effluent containing virtually no acetylene being separated by a distillation column called a de-methanizer, into an ethylene- and ethane-enriched tail product, while the head product is recycled by compression or treated for subsequent recovery of ethylene.
