The present invention concerns an installation for pumping hydrocarbons, including a pump submerged in a well and a motor for driving the pump, said motor being linked to a variable frequency drive powered during normal operation by an external network, the drive including a rectifier supplying a DC bus, an inverter supplied by the DC bus and linked to the motor, and a controller, said installation wherein it further includes an electricity storage element linked by a reversible DC-DC converter to the DC bus, the installation being arranged to ensure the variable frequency drive is supplied by the storage element in case of an interruption to the supply via the external network.

The invention concerns a method for regulating the injection of fuel into a heat engine of a generator set including an alternator driven by the heat engine, the alternator including a voltage regulator, the heat engine including a speed regulator having an inlet that can receive an external speed setpoint, the method including the following steps: detecting a variation in torque and kinetic energy from electrical measurements on the alternator, carrying out an action on the input of the setpoint of the voltage regulator and/or the speed regulator, on the basis of the magnitude of the variation in torque relative to the kinetic energy level.

Method for regulating a generator set

The invention relates to a method for regulating the output voltage of the alternator of a generator set, said generator set including a heat engine driving the alternator, the alternator including a rotor having a pole wheel. Said method includes the following step: detection of an increase in the power at the outlet of the alternator, and in the event of a detected increase, the value of the current in the polar wheel is modified in such a way as to temporarily bring the output voltage of the alternator to a value lower than the value before the detection of the increase in power, with the aim of decreasing the level of torque required from the heat engine.

A method for regulating the output voltage of the alternator of a generator set, the generator set including a heat engine driving the alternator and the alternator including a rotor having a pole wheel. The invention concerns a reversible current rectifier, for connection to part of a polyphase network and to a continuous bus comprising a plurality of rectifier cells each rectifier cell including a rectifying device and a on-way electronic switch connected in anti-parallel with the rectifier device, the rectifying devices of different cells being arranged so as to form one rectifier. Each rectifier cell comprises means for controlling the electronic switch of the cell arranged to control the latter in closure after detecting a conduction of the rectifying device of the cell so as to enable current to be returned to the network. The control means are arranged to receive a signal external to the cell, for controlling the opening of the electronic switch, derived from another rectifier cell.

Rectifier and system for controlling the speed of an electric motor

A safety device for an elevator includes a cabin, a counterweight, a cabin drive motor with a rotor, and at least one power-failure electromechanical brake. The safety device has a control device arranged to receive at least one information allowing emergency power to be applied to the brake in order to release the rotor, and allow the cabin blocked between two floors to move under the effect of unbalance between the weight of the cabin and the weight of the counterweight; to receive information enabling the speed of the cabin to be known; and to manage power supplied to the brake in such a manner as to enable the cabin to move to an evacuation floor while preventing the speed of the cabin from exceeding a predefined limit. The information that enables the speed of the cabin to be known is provided by at least one electrical magnitude from the motor.
