The device relates to a target projection machine for sports shooting, including a base, a throwing unit movable in rotation according to a first direction relative to the base, a throwing arm movable in rotation according to the first direction relative to the throwing unit, an actuator enabling an adjustment of the angular position of the throwing unit within an angular sector of rotational deflection according to the first direction relative to the base, the machine includes a system for adjusting the angular sector of deflection allowing selectively reducing the angular sector of deflection to one amongst a plurality of different predetermined angular sectors including at least a first angular sector, a second angular sector and a third angular sector.

A target throwing machine includes a base and a turret surmounted by a throwing unit, the turret being movable in rotation relative to the base according to a main axis. The base includes an upper surface and the turret includes a lower surface opposite the upper surface. The device is characterized in that it comprises means for blocking the movement of the arm in abutment, enabling the arm, to go beyond the 'zero point', by the action of the driving means, while keeping the throwing means in tension, with these blocking means being carried by the driving means and engaging with complementary blocking means carried by the arm, and wherein the throwing arm comprises a rotating shaft, with said shaft carrying a pinion driven by a second drive pinion connected to the output pin of the driving means comprising a geared motor, with the means for blocking in abutment having a stop carried on the periphery of a crank pin rotating about the output pin of the geared motor. The present invention concerns a machine for launching discoidal targets for archery, comprising a launch housing able to accept a first target, a launch device able to move at least partly in the launch housing and able to launch the first target from the launch housing, and a feed magazine able to store a plurality of second and third targets awaiting loading into the launch housing, characterized in that the feed magazine emerges in the launch housing level with the first target able to be accepted so that the second target is able to be held in the feed magazine by contact of the first target which at least partially opposes gravity. The invention will find its application for automatically launching several targets one after the other in the air for competitions or archer training.
