The disclosure relates to a high-speed electric machine, having a speed higher than 20,000 rpm, including a rotor having 1 or 2 pairs of magnetized poles, and an enhanced stator which has an outer diameter that is larger than 18 millimeters and which has 3 or 6 straight teeth extending radially and borne by a one-piece peripheral annular collar. At least a portion of the teeth bear coils, and the teeth are rigidly connected to one another and together form a one-piece planar assembly. The coiled teeth have a rectangular cross-section of width I and of length L, with formula (I).

Stator for high speed electric machine having particular dimensions for high speed opertations

A stator arrangement for an electric machine is provided. The stator arrangement includes a stator having a stator yoke with a number of stator slots, with each stator slot accommodating at least one set of stator windings and at least one cooling device in the shape of a duct-like pipe. The duct-like pipe is divided in two or more separate cooling channels.

A stator system for a generator, in particular a generator of a wind turbine is disclosed. The stator system includes a housing element including a groove and a cap element for closing the groove such that a channel for guiding a cooling fluid within the groove is formed. The cap element includes a magnetic material.

The electric machine includes a stator. The stator includes stacked lamination plates. The lamination plates form at least two lamination packages. The electric machine includes a first cooling circulation with a first cooling fluid. The stator of the electric machine includes a second cooling circulation with a second cooling fluid. A heat exchanger is part of the second cooling circulation and is arranged to connect the first cooling circulation and the second cooling circulation. Thus heat is transferred from the first cooling fluid to the second cooling fluid. A spacer element is arranged between the two lamination packages. The spacer element is prepared to set a predetermined distance between the lamination packages, thus the first cooling fluid is allowed to flow between the lamination packages. The heat exchanger arrangement is an integral or at least partly integrated part of the spacer elements.

Cooling arrangement for an electric machine

An electrical machine includes an armature and at least one field magnet arrangement separated by a gap from each other. The armature and/or the field magnet arrangement include a plurality of coils. Each coil includes conductive body sections. The body sections of the coils are joined electrically by conductive end sections. At least one of the end sections of at least one coil of the armature is tilted in a direction away from the armature towards the field magnet arrangement and/or at least one of the end sections of at least one coil of the field magnet arrangement is tilted in a direction away from the field magnet arrangement towards the armature. The electrical machine may be used in a wind turbine to generate electrical power.

Electrical machine, in particular an electrical generator

A stator system for an electric machine, in particular a generator of a wind turbine is disclosed. The stator system includes a stator segment, a plate, supply system and a manifold segment. The stator segment includes a cooling channel which includes an opening at an axial front face of the stator segment. The plate is mounted to the axial front face for reinforcing the stator segment. The supply system is adapted for supplying cooling fluid to the cooling channel. The manifold segment is welded to the plate for forming a guide channel for the cooling fluid between the manifold segment and the plate. The plate includes a through-hole for generating a connection between the opening of the cooling channel and the guide channel. The supply system is connected to the guide channel.

An electric machine is provided. The electric machine includes a stator, a rotor and a closed cooling channel through which a gaseous cooling medium circulates. The stator includes a stator lamination at least partially encasing several stator windings. The closed cooling channel is disposed in circumferential direction of the stator lamination. The stator lamination is at least partially formed as fins.

Electric machine with cooling arrangement

A generator for an electrical machine having a stator and a rotor is provided. The rotor is rotatable around a center axis and relatively to the stator. The stator is built of a stator stack with a number of adjacently disposed metal plates and the stator further includes a number of stator windings which are at least partially wound around the metal plates with a certain distance to each other. At least one radial duct-like channel is provided between two or more adjacently disposed metal plates by spacers, wherein the spacers are arranged underneath the stator windings in such a manner that the at least one radial duct-like channel is radially open.

Generator for an electrical machine

A stator system for a generator is provided. The stator system includes a housing element, a conductor, a cooling box and a cooling arrangement. The conductor forms at least one winding of the stator system. The winding includes two central sections and an end section. The end section connects the two central sections, wherein each of the two central sections are mounted at a surface of the housing element. The end section projects from the housing element. The cooling box is mounted to the housing element in such a way that the cooling box encloses the end section, so that the end section runs inside an interior space of the cooling box. The cooling arrangement is located in and/or at the cooling box, wherein the cooling arrangement is adapted for cooling the end section.

Stator system with a cooling arrangement

A stator arrangement for an electrical machine is provided. The stator arrangement has a stator having a stator stack. The stator stack has a number of adjacently disposed metal plates. A number of radial channels are provided between respective groups of metal plates by spacers. At least one transition area from the stator stack in at least one respective radial channel is provided with a curved and/or chamfered and/or stepped shape.

An electrical machine device is disclosed, the electrical machine device including an electrical machine and a converter electrically coupled to the electrical machine. A configuration of the electrical machine generates a first vibration component in the electrical machine and the converter generates a second vibration component in the electrical machine. The electrical machine and the converter are adapted to each other such that the first vibration component and the second vibration component at least partially interfere destructively.
