A method of managing an electronic apparatus including a case containing a microcontroller powered with electrical energy by an electrical energy storage and connected to a time base, a mechanism of measuring light intensity, a mechanism of detecting whether the apparatus is being worn, the microcontroller also being connected to a first display and a second display, arranged, in an active operating mode, to be controlled by the electronic control circuit to display at least a first temporal data item at least provided by the time base.

A portable object including a case middle closed by a back cover, in which an electronic module is placed, the electronic module including a plate to which a printed circuit board is secured, the printed circuit board carrying at least one contact area connected to at least one input of at least one integrated circuit, the integrated circuit supplying at least one signal to an electronic signal processing device. The portable object further includes a detection member changing from at least a first position, indicating that the back cover is secured to the case middle, to a second position, indicating that the back cover is not secured to the case middle.

An electromechanical or digital watch includes a middle part that delimits with a glass a watch case. The glass includes an upper surface oriented upwardly, and a lower surface oriented towards the watch case. The watch also includes a dial made of an electrically non-conductive material. The dial includes a lower surface and an upper surface located opposite the watch case. Electrically conductive paths for the connection of one or more electronic components are structured on at least one of the lower or upper surfaces of the dial. The watch includes a flange that ensures, via the electrically conductive paths, the electrical connection between an electronic device arranged on the lower surface of the glass and the electronic components. The flange supports the dial or is made in one-piece with the dial.

A display module for a timepiece, including a dial, on a lower face of which is secured a digital information display device, a solar cell, and a plate. The solar cell is accommodated in the plate such that the solar cell is underneath and at a small distance from the dial. The assembly formed by the dial and the digital information display device is disposed atop the solar cell.

Watch comprising a middle part which, with a crystal, delimits a watch case. The crystal includes a top face facing the user and an opposite bottom face facing the watch case. An electronic device is arranged on the bottom face of the crystal. A printed circuit board is disposed inside the watch case, underneath and remote from the electronic device. The watch includes a flange which is disposed between the crystal and the printed circuit board. The flange carries an electrical connection between the electronic device and the printed circuit board.
