The present invention relates to the combination of a retinoid and an extract of(L.) Gaertn., the dermatological and dermocosmetic compositions containing such a combination, as well as their uses as a medicinal product, in particular in the treatment of acne, seborrhea, seborrhoeic dermatitis and/or rosacea.
