In the method of optimizing the dosage-dispensing process of a dosage-dispensing device, an examination takes place prior to a first dosage delivery, whether at least one flow parameter relating to the dosage-dispensing process is stored in the memory module of the dosage-dispensing unit. If a stored flow parameter is found to be present, said flow parameter is called up from the memory module. If no store flow parameter is present, a flow parameter is requested by the user by entering a request, a flow parameter is called up from a central database, or at least one flow parameter is determined by means of the first run of the dosage-dispensing process based on a default setting of the dosage-dispensing program. With the at least one flow parameter, the dosage-dispensing program is directly adapted, at least one run of the dosage-dispensing process is performed with the adapted dosage-dispensing program, and/or the at least one flow parameter is stored in the memory module. As a prerequisite for performing the method according to the invention, a dosage-dispensing device is required which comprises a drive device with a control- and regulation unit operable to execute a dosage-dispensing program, wherein a dosage-dispensing unit can be set in place in, and removed from, the drive device and wherein the dosage-dispensing unit is equipped with at least one memory module.

A gravimetric measuring instrument has a weighing cell and a flexible, tubular-shaped encapsulation. The weighing cell has a parallel-guiding mechanism and at least one measurement transducer. The ends of the encapsulation are attached, respectively, to the stationary parallelogram leg and the movable parallelogram leg, so that at least the parallel-guiding mechanism and the measurement transducer are enclosed by the encapsulation, protecting them from dirt and humidity. In some aspects, the parallel-guiding mechanism has an adjustment region formed at one of the parallelogram legs which allows adjustment of the distance between at least one flexure pivot of the upper parallel-guiding member and a flexure pivot of the lower parallel-guiding member. This adjustment region is mechanically connected to at least one adjustment-setting area, which is arranged outside the encapsulation and allows changes to be made to the adjustment region.

Weighing device with at least one weighing cell and with a receiving structure serving to hold the at least one weighing cell, wherein the at least one weighing cell includes a first fastener device serving to fasten the weighing cell in the receiving structure, and the receiving structure includes a second fastener device which is a complementary counterpart of said first fastener device. The fastener devices include a detent engagement mechanism and are designed in such a way that they hold as well as release the weighing cell by means of a form-locking engagement which can be locked and released, respectively, by a simple action in the form of pushing in the direction of the load and pulling against the direction of the load.

The calibration weight arrangement for an electronic balance () with a force-measuring cell () has a calibration weight () which can be coupled to the force-measuring cell (). A transfer mechanism and a drive source are used to move the calibration weight vertically, in order to establish, as well as to release, the force-transmitting contact between the calibration weight and the force-measuring cell. The transfer mechanism has at least one resetting element (), a lifting system () configured as a knee-joint linkage (), and a multi-stable positioning element (). Due to the feedback from the multi-stable positioning element, whose first stable state defines the calibrating position () and whose second stable state defines the rest position () of the transfer mechanism, the actuator () is energized only during the phases when the transfer mechanism is moving.

A force-measuring device () with at least one housing () has an interior space and at least one force-measuring cell () installed therein. At least one parameter characterizing an existing high-frequency electromagnetic field is determined by a sensor () arranged in the interior space or a sensor arranged outside of the housing, the sensor being adapted for detecting high-frequency electromagnetic fields. After an electromagnetic field is detected and compared to a threshold value, a response action of the force-measuring device is triggered if the detected parameter value exceeds the threshold value.

An exemplary weighing module is disclosed which has a load receiver and a weighing cell that are connected to each other by a force-transmitting rod, wherein the weighing module is arranged inside a design space whose dimensions in a plane extending orthogonal to the load direction are limited by the design spaces occupied by neighboring weighing cells or represent the largest dimension of the weighing cell in said plane. An exemplary weighing cell has a parallel-guiding mechanism in which at least one movable parallel leg which is connected to the force-transmitting rod and at least one stationary parallel leg are arranged with a predefined guiding distance from each other, connected to each other by at least one upper parallel-guiding member and at least one lower parallel-guiding member. The effective length of the parallel-guiding members is larger than the guiding distance, and the movable parallel leg does not protrude out of the design space.

A rear wall () delimiting the weighing compartment on one side is made of a material () that diffuses the transmitted ambient light. A device to weigh substantially uniform weighing objects has a plurality of weighing modules and an equal number of load carriers that have central lengthwise axes extending in the direction of the load. Each of the load carriers is connected, respectively, to one of the weighing modules through a force-transmitting rod, and the load carriers are disposed in a given spatial or two-dimensional arrangement in which the distances between neighboring central lengthwise axes are smaller than the largest lengthwise extension of the respective weighing modules.

A weighing module with a housing surrounding a weighing cell on all sides has a vertically movable force transfer member designed to be connected to a load-receiving device. The force transfer member extends through a passage opening of a housing wall and is rigidly connected to a vertically movable part of the weighing cell. The weighing module includes a dust-removing device which further includes a means for generating a gas flow directed away from the movable part of the scale for the purpose of preventing an accumulation of dust between the stationary housing and the vertically movable force transfer member.

A lever system is provided for a weighing scale includes a transducer arrangement associated with an integral monolithic block for producing a weight signal corresponding with the weight of a load that is applied to the block. The lever system is operable to receive a calibration weight and to transmit to the load-receiving portion of the block a calibration force that is magnified by the lever system.

A calibrating device for a balance including a load receiving unit for loads to be weighed, a load measuring unit and a lever mechanism serving for the force transmission between the load receiving unit and the load measuring unit, wherein the lever mechanism is coupled to the load receiving unit through a coupling area on an input side and to the load measuring unit through a coupling area at an output side, and wherein the lever mechanism further includes an additional coupling area, separate from the coupling areas on the input and output sides, for releasably coupling a calibrating force which is uncoupled during the normal weighing operation. The balance further includes a parallelogram guide means with two parallel guide members whose first ends are connected to each other through a deflectable member which is guided so as to be movable parallel to the direction of the calibrating force and which serves for the releasable coupling of the calibrating force, and whose second ends are connected to each other through a stationary member, wherein the coupling area serving for the calibration is connected to the deflectable member.
