A method for the batch production of acoustic wave filters comprises: synthesizing N theoretical filters, each filter defined by a set of j theoretical resonator(s) having a triplet C, &#x3c9;and &#x3c9;, these parameters grouped into subsets; determining a reference resonator structure for each subset, naturally having a resonant frequency &#x3c9;, where &#x3c9;&#x3c;&#x3c9;&#x3c;&#x3c9;; determining, for each theoretical resonator, an elementary building block comprising an intermediate resonator R', a parallel reactance Xpand/or a series reactance Xs, the intermediate resonator R&#x2032;having a triplet C, &#x3c9;and &#x3c9;, the parameters C, Xpij and/or Xsdefined so the elementary building block has a triplet: C, &#x3c9;and &#x3c9;; determining the geometrical dimensions of the actual resonators Rof the filters so they have a capacitance C; producing each actual resonator; associating series and/or parallel reactances with actual resonators in order to form the elementary building blocks.

Method for producing a batch of acoustic wave filters

A resonant circuit comprises an input terminal and an output terminal and at least: a group of N resonators, where N&#x2267;1, the resonators having the same resonance frequency and the same antiresonance frequency; a first and a second impedance matching element having a non-zero reactance, the first element being in series with the group of resonators, and the second element being in parallel with the group of resonators, the resonant circuit comprising: first means for controlling the group of resonators, enabling the static capacitance of the group to be fixed at a first value; second control means, enabling the impedance of the first impedance matching element and that of the second element to be fixed at second values; the first and second values being such that the triplet of values composed of the static capacitance of the group, the impedance of the first element, and the impedance of the second element can be used to determine the following triplet of parameters: the characteristic impedanceof the assembly formed by the group, the first impedance matching element and the second matching element; the resonance frequencyof the assembly; the antiresonance frequencyof the assembly, in order to stabilize the impedance of the circuit at a chosen characteristic impedance.

A device comprises at the input a first component (PA) having a first output impedance (Z), at the output a second component (ANT) having a second input impedance (Z), and an impedance-matching network between said first and second components. A filter device including an input electronic circuit having an input load admittance Yin, an output electronic circuit having an output load admittance Yout, a lattice filter with two types of two piezoelectric resonators having a characteristic impedance Zc; those of the first type have a resonant frequency Fr1 and an antiresonant frequency Fa1; those of the second type have a resonant frequency Fr2 different from Fr1 and an antiresonant frequency Fa2 different from Fa1. The input and output impedances are matched to the reciprocal of the real part Re{Yin} of the admittance Yin and the reciprocal of the real part Re{Yout} of the admittance Yout, which are at least two to five times greater than the characteristic impedance Zc of the resonators. As relates to the automatic impedance matching of a radiofrequency system, a system comprises three modules. In a matching phase a matching computation module is connected in a detachable manner between an amplification module and an antenna module containing an antenna, a matching impedances network, and memory means for storing control data of the network; then a matching computation is carried out; the computation module supplies control data of the network to the memory device. In a phase of using the system, the second module is removed and the antenna module is connected in a detachable manner directly to the amplification module, the matching network being controlled by the stored control data, which correspond to the desired impedance matching.

Automatic impedance matching method for radiofrequency circuit and modular emission or reception chain

As relates to automatic matching of antenna impedance for a radiofrequency transmit or receive circuit, an impedance matching network is inserted between an amplifier and antenna. The current i and output (resp. input) voltage V of the amplifier and their phase shift are measured, the complex impedance defined by V/i is deduced; the impedance of the antenna is calculated as a function of this complex impedance and the known existing values of the adjustable impedances of the matching network. New adjustable values of impedances of the matching network to obtain a desired overall load impedance for the amplifier are calculated on the basis of the calculated antenna impedance value, and the matching network is controlled to adjust the adjustable impedances to these new values. The measurement is made at a measurement frequency different from the working frequency to allow automatic matching without interrupting normal operation of the chain.
