The present invention relates to a system for positioning with respect to a patient's body an observation and/or intervention device having a portion penetrating into the patient's body comprising a base disposed over the patient's body; a means for supporting the device formed of a first portion movably assembled on the base according to a connection with one degree of freedom, and of a second portion movably assembled on the first portion according to a connection with one degree of freedom and connected to the device; and means for actuating the first portion with respect to the base, and the second portion with respect to the first portion, in which the base surrounds at a distance at least partially the device, said device being detachably connected to the second portion to enable removal of the positioning system while leaving in place the device.

A fluid distribution and control valve for respiratory gas delivery systems. The valve has a body which is defined by four internal zones. Each zone is connectable to an external fluid circuit and a mobile structure. The mobile structure can move into four positions. The different positions of the mobile structure determine which of the zones are in fluid communication with each other. The valve may also be used to in a pilot's mask to supply oxygen to the pilot from a main source or from a secondary source.

Dual-inlet selective flow regulating valve

An apparatus and a method for fluid distribution and control. A valve body defines at least two pairs of chambers which are each connectable to an external fluid circuit. A mobile structure, which moves according to a controlling unit, forms an internal penetrating passage. An internal bearing surface, which is located at the first end of the internal passage, is capable of cooperating in a sliding manner with a stationary piston head. The internal bearing surface may move beyond either side of the piston head. When the mobile structure is in an extreme position, an end chamber of the valve body is in fluid communication with the internal passage. When coupled with a PSA adsorber system, the system is capable of supplying oxygen enriched air to an occupant of an aircraft.

The valve slide, which is slidably mounted in a housing of a valve member, comprises a central part including a shaped part cooperating with a first joint between a first zone and a second zone of the housing, and an end part including a peripheral joint between the second zone and a third zone, the three zones being in communication with three respective circuits of a pneumatic distribution block.

To compensate for load losses in a downstream part of a line for supplying gas under controlled pressure through a valve which is controlled by a pick-up upstream of the line, the pressure read by the pick-up is supplied by a pressure intake which is formed in a tube extending in the line and which is angularly orientable with respect to the flow of gas delivered. Application for example to systems of supplying breathing gas to the passengers of an airship.
