An operation method and a mobile terminal connected to an electronic device are provided. A wireless communication interface of the electronic device communicates with a mobile device. Content is displayed on an application on a display of the electronic device. A user input is obtained for selecting a piece of content from the displayed content on the application. Based on selecting the piece of content, a user interface on which the selected piece of content is displayed, is displayed on the application as content of a message. A recipient phone number is obtained through the user interference displayed on the application. Based on obtaining the recipient phone number, information for requesting that the mobile device transmits the selected piece of content to the recipient phone number, is transmitted toward the mobile device.

Operation method and system of mobile terminal

An operation method and a mobile terminal connected to an electronic device are provided. A user input is received for selecting a piece of content displayed on a display of the electronic device. The display displays a user interface including one or more items available at the mobile terminal based on the selected piece of content. A user selection of one of the one or more items included in the displayed user interface is received. The selected piece of content and a command for executing a function of the selected item at the mobile terminal are transmitted to the terminal. A security key of the WLAN is automatically generated using the phone number and the ESN of the portable terminal. An Internet Protocol (IP) address for the WLAN is automatically generated using the phone number and the ESN of the portable terminal.
