A DLS array substrate and the display device thereof are disclosed. The DLS array substrate includes a substrate and at least one display pixel arranged on the substrate. The display pixel includes a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of second pixels arranged along a row direction and a column direction. The first pixel and the second pixel share the same data line but connect to different scanning lines. The first pixels and the second pixels are arranged periodically along the row direction and the column direction, and the period along the row direction or the column direction includes three or four display pixels. The period along at least the row direction or at least the column direction includes three display pixels. With such configuration, the signals delay effect regarding the DLS may be alleviated, and the bright and dark lines issue may be overcome.

Array substrates and display devices

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate and a display panel are provided. The TFT array substrate includes multiple pixels arranged in an array. Each pixel includes first through third sub-pixels sequentially arranged along a first direction. The first through third sub-pixels are connected to a same scan line. The TFT array substrate further includes first through third data lines sequentially arranged along the first direction. The first through third data lines respectively are for driving the first through third sub-pixels. The first sub-pixel includes first and second areas, the second sub-pixel includes third and fourth areas, and the third sub-pixel includes fifth and sixth areas, arranged along a second direction. A voltage difference between a sub-pixel electrode in the sixth area and a common electrode is different from a voltage difference between a sub-pixel electrode in the fifth area and the common electrode.

Thin film transistor array substrate and display panel

The invention provides a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate and a display panel. The TFT array substrate is disposed with multiple pixels arranged in an array. Each pixel includes first through third sub-pixels sequentially arranged along a first direction. The first through third sub-pixels are connected to a same scan line. The TFT array substrate further is disposed with first through third data lines sequentially arranged along the first direction. The first through third data lines respectively are for driving the first through third sub-pixels. The first sub-pixel includes first and second areas, the second sub-pixel includes third and fourth areas, and the third sub-pixel includes fifth and sixth areas, arranged along a second direction. A voltage difference between a sub-pixel electrode in the sixth area and a common electrode is different from a voltage difference between a sub-pixel electrode in the fifth area and the common electrode.

The array substrate includes a substrate and at least one display pixel arranged on the substrate. The display pixel includes a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of second pixels arranged along a row direction and a column direction. The period along the row direction or the column direction includes three display pixels. Wherein within at least one period along the row direction and the column direction, the display pixel of the first row includes one second pixel and two first pixels adjacent to the second pixel. The display pixel of the second row includes one first pixel and two second pixels adjacent to the first pixel. The display pixel of the third row includes one first pixel and two second pixels adjacent to the first pixel, and the first pixel of the third row is in different column from the first pixel of the second row.

Data line share (DLS) array substrates and the display devices thereof for reducing signal delay

In the present disclosure, one TFT substrate and a liquid crystal panel are disclosed. The TFT substrate includes a plurality of pixel cells, and each of the pixel cells includes three sub-pixel cells. Within one pixel cell, at least one sub-pixel includes single pixel area. Each of the other pixel cells includes two isolated pixel areas, and brightness of the at least two isolated pixel areas being different. In view of the above, the performance of the liquid crystal panel is enhanced when the viewing angle is large. In addition, the transmission rate of the liquid crystal panel may be maintained to be higher, which saves the power consumption of the backlight module so as to save the energy.

TFT substrates and liquid crystal panels

The present invention discloses an array substrate and liquid crystal display panel, wherein in the array substrate, each pixel unit includes a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode and a third pixel electrode; and each pixel unit includes a first control circuit and a second control circuit; the first control circuit affects first pixel electrode to make first pixel electrode in a state corresponding to displaying a black image in 3D display mode; the second control circuit affects second pixel electrode to change the voltage of second pixel electrode. As such, the present invention can reduce color difference at large viewing angle, improve opening ratio in 2D mode, reduce signal cross-talk in 3D mode, and reduce the number of data line drivers to reduce the cost.

Array substrate and liquid crystal display panel

The invention provides an array substrate including an array of sub-pixels, multiple data lines and multiple scan lines. The array of sub-pixels is divided into multiple column groups along the arrangement direction of the data lines and divided into multiple row groups along the arrangement direction of the scan lines. By the arrangement design of a connection manner of the sub-pixels with the data lines and scan lines in the array substrate, when is driven by a dot inversion method, each column of sub-pixels have intervally arranged well-charged sub-pixels and poorly-charged sub-pixels, so that in a liquid crystal panel including the array substrate, brightnesses of various areas are balanced on the whole and the drawback of the existence of bright and dark lines in the vertical direction is improved. A liquid crystal panel including the array substrate, and a corresponding liquid crystal display device also are provided.

The invention provides a pixel structure, including a plurality of pixel units; each pixel unit including: a first, second and third pixel areas, adjacently disposed. First pixel area includes first pixel electrode and first control switch. Second pixel area includes second pixel electrode and second control switch. Third pixel area includes third pixel electrode and third control switch. Third pixel electrode is connected to data signal sequentially through third and the second control switches. Third pixel electrode is connected to second pixel electrode through third control switch so as to make the voltage level at first pixel electrode different from voltage level at second pixel electrode when first control switch, second control switch and third control switch are all conductive.

Pixel structure, liquid crystal display panel and driving method thereof

The present invention discloses an array substrate, which includes a sub-pixel array, a number of data lines, and a number of scanning lines. The sub-pixel array is divided into a number of column groups along the distribution direction of the data lines, and is divided into a number of row groups along the distribution direction of the scanning lines. By designing the layout of the sub-pixels, the data lines and the scanning lines in the array substrate, there are alternately distributed sufficiently charged sub-pixels and insufficiently charged sub-pixels exist in a same column of sub-pixels when a dot inversion driving is used. Therefore, a LCD panel including the array substrate has even brightness uniformity, and the defect of vertical bright-dark lines is alleviated. The present invention also discloses a LCD panel including the above array substrate and a corresponding LCD.

Array substrate, liquid crystal display panel and liquid crystal display

The present disclosure provides an array substrate and liquid crystal display panel, and a driving method thereof, wherein each pixel unit of the array substrate includes a compensation circuit unit. When proceeding in the direction of scanning and when there is a scanning signal on a scanning line related to a pixel unit in the next row of a present pixel unit, the compensation circuit of the present pixel unit works on a sub electrode of the present pixel unit, such that a ratio of the voltage difference between the sub electrode and a common electrode to the voltage difference between a main electrode and the common electrode during a positive polarity inversion driving period equals a ratio of the voltage difference between the sub electrode and the common electrode to the voltage difference between the main electrode and the common electrode during a negative polarity inversion driving period. By means of the above, the liquid crystal display panel according to the present disclosure can obtain the effect of reduced color shift.

Array substrate and liquid crystal display panel and driving method thereof

An array substrate and a liquid crystal display are disclosed. Each of the pixel cells includes a first, a second and a third pixel electrode, and a first, a second, a third, and a fourth switch. One corresponding scanning line are configured to turn on or off the four switches. The corresponding first data line inputs the first data signals to the first pixel electrode via the first switch. The corresponding second data line inputs the second data signals to the second pixel electrode and the third pixel electrode by the second switch and the third switch. The first end of the fourth switch connects to one of the second pixel electrode and the third pixel electrode. The second end of the fourth switch connects to the common electrode. In this way, the array substrate not only increases the aperture rate in the 2D display mode, but also decreases the cross talk effect in the 3D display mode. In addition, the number of the scanning drivers is reduced.

Array substrate and liquid crystal panel with the same

The present invention provides an array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. Wherein, in the array substrate, each pixel unit comprises a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, and a third pixel electrode. And each pixel unit comprises a first control circuit and a second control circuit. The first control circuit affects the first pixel electrode, so that the first pixel electrode is under the state of displaying the image corresponding to the black screen in the 3D display mode. The second control circuit affects the second pixel electrode and the third pixel electrode to change the voltage difference between the second pixel electrode and the third pixel electrode. The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel containing an array substrate and a color filter substrate opposing the array substrate. The array substrate has a first pixel electrode and a storage electrode with the storage electrode configured below the first pixel electrode. The color filter substrate has a second pixel electrode. The first and second pixel electrodes cross each other laterally; and at least one of the first and second pixel electrodes has a number of ITO slits of unequal lengths at a location corresponding to an edge of the storage electrode. By configuring ITO slits of different lengths on the pixel electrodes corresponding to the edge of storage electrode can enhance the electric field pattern, effectively overcome the interference from lateral electric field, and avoid the abnormal display, resulted from the abnormal metal taper, thereby achieving enhanced display quality.
