Frictionless spinning device

An enclosure for improving padlock security is provided. The enclosure includes a sleeve component that has openings at the left and right for receiving the padlock, cutouts at the top to access the shackle holes and a key slot at the bottom for accessing the padlock. A means for supporting the padlock within the sleeve component creates an empty space between the bottom of the padlock and the bottom of the sleeve component. The sleeve component containing the padlock is inserted into a tubular component. The tubular component has walls forming the tubular component, an opening at the bottom for receiving the sleeve component and padlock, one or more stoppers, capable of contacting the body of the padlock preventing further insertion of the padlock, while allowing the shackle to continue past, two directly opposing openings on the walls of the enclosure, and an opening at the top for accessing the shackle.

An enclosure for improving padlock security is provided. An enclosure for improving padlock security is provided. Padlock security

The present anchor device provides a support for holding a security anchor within a hole, such as a grommet hole, formed through a work surface, such as a table top, a shelf, or other board or sheet. The security anchor has a loop for attaching a lock or receiving a cable lock wrapped about the loop and a cross member to prevent the withdrawal of the security anchor from the grommet hole. The anchor device has a cross member optionally with a dipped portion that supports the loop of the security anchor. The present support device prevents the security anchor from falling down through the hole, while holding the loop of the security anchor just within the hole and within easy grasp of the user.

The present improved animal trap and unique catch release mechanism eliminates substantial eating or removal of the bait without the trap activating and provides a dual means to activate the trap. This is accomplished by the present catch release mechanism having a sliding member which slides within a hole through the platform of the trap under the influence of gravity and a prop which holds at least a portion of the trap platform above a support surface. When the prop is destabilized by an external force, the prop's support of the platform is disturbed, permitting the platform to fall toward the support surface. The platform falls relative to the sliding member; and the sliding member is forced toward the catch by contact with the support surface, thus pushing the catch so that the catch releases the holding arm bar to activate the trap.

The present anchor device provides a support for holding a security anchor within a hole, such as a grommet hole, formed through a work surface, such as a table top, a shelf, or other board or sheet. The security anchor has a loop for attaching a lock or receiving a cable lock wrapped about the loop and a cross member to prevent the withdrawal of the security anchor from the grommet hole. The anchor device has a cross member with a dipped portion that supports the loop of the security anchor. The present support device prevents the security anchor from falling down through the hole, while holding the loop of the security anchor just within the hole and within easy grasp of the user.

A pump dispenser assembly is provided with a rigid or semi-rigid container having a mounting bead at the rim, a flexible lid with an annular mounting portion for gripping the mounting bead, a rigid member laid atop the flexible lid and spanning the rim of the container, and a fluid pump inserted through aligned holes through the flexible lid and rigid member. With this arrangement, a fluid can be pumped out from within the container, without substantial flexing of the flexible lid under the pumping force.

The present improved animal trap and unique catch eliminates substantial eating or removal of the bait without the trap activating. This is accomplished by an improved catch which supports a piece of bait, and in turn, the bait blocks the movement of the holding arm bar. Only upon disturbance of the bait, will the holding arm bar be permitted to release from the catch due to the bait no longer blocking the movement of the holding arm bar. One embodiment accomplishes this action through a bait gap formed in the catch. The holding arm bar is aligned with the bait gap, such that the holding arm bar should pass through the bait gap in order for the pivoting kill bar hammer to snap closed against the top surface of the platform.

Rodent trap improvement

A securement device is provided to secure a portable item from unauthorized movement or theft. A first bracket engages a first portion of the item, second bracket engages a second portion of the item, and an elongated member spans the portable item to attach the first bracket to the second bracket to prevent significant separation of the first and second brackets when in the secured configuration. An aperture or recess in the second bracket receives a plug or attached device, where the plug or attached device is plugged into a receptacle in the item. When the attached device or plug is situated within the aperture or recess in the first bracket and the first bracket is engaged to the item, the first bracket is prevented from lateral and rotational movement relative to the item. A lock may be attached to the securement device to secure the item to an anchor.

Apparatus for securing a portable electronic device

A system for securing an item is disclosed. The system may include a length of flexible cable, a connector, and a lock. The connector may selectively connect a first portion of the cable and a second portion of the cable to form a loop in the cable. The connector may comprise a base comprising a first aperture containing the first portion of the cable and a corner. The connector may further comprise a blocker. The blocker may occupy a blocking position wherein the blocker cooperates with the base to maintain the second portion bent around the corner. The lock may selectively secure the blocker with respect to the base and maintain the blocker in the blocking position.

Cinch lock apparatus and method

A system for securing an item is disclosed. The system may include a securement device and a lock. The securement device may include an elongated member having a first end and an opposite, second end. The securement device may further include first and second brackets. A first bracket may engage the first end of the elongated member and extend to engage or bracket a first portion of the perimeter of the item. A second bracket may selectively occupy a locked position with respect to the second end of the elongated member and extend to engage or bracket a second portion of the perimeter of the item. At least one of the first and second brackets may comprise an extension engaging the item and resisting side-to-side motion between the securement device and the item. The lock may engage the second end of the elongated member and hold the second bracket in the locked position.

A system for securing an item to an anchor is disclosed. The system may include a first extension extending from an item, an interface mechanism connected to the first extension, and a lock. The interface mechanism may include a cylindrical base, a sleeve, and a second extension. The cylindrical base may comprise an extension aperture receiving the first extension therewithin. The slide may surround at least a portion of the cylindrical base and occupy a blocking position locking the first extension within the extension aperture. The second extension may extend from the slide and comprise a traveler occupying a locking position locking the slide in the blocking position. The lock may engage the second extension and lock the traveler in the locking position.
