A tubing hanger retention system for a wellhead assembly can include a retention ring that is configured to fit over a top portion of a tubing hanger of the wellhead assembly, where the retention ring comprises a plurality of retention ring channels. The tubing hanger retention system can also include multiple retention pin receiving features configured to be disposed, at least in part, within multiple tubing spool channels of a tubing spool. The tubing hanger retention system can further include multiple retention pins configured to be received by the retention pin receiving features, where each retention pin includes an engagement feature configured to be received by a retention pin receiving feature to place the retention pin in a captured state, where the engagement feature of each retention pin is further configured to enter into an engaged state with a retention ring channel when the retention pin is moved inward.

Tubing hanger retention systems for wellhead assemblies

A wellhead housing of a wellhead assembly can include a body having a top end, a bottom end, and a cavity that traverses its length between the top end and the bottom end. The wellhead housing can also include a main channel that traverses the body from the cavity at a distal end of the main channel to an outer perimeter of the body at a proximal end of the main channel, where the proximal end of the main channel is located closer to the top end of the body compared to the distal end of the main channel, and where the distal end of the main channel is located closer to the bottom end of the body compared to the proximal end of the main channel.

Wellbore annulus pressure management

A wellhead bracing system for a subsea well includes a base plate assembly and a wellhead brace assembly. The base plate assembly comprises a top surface, a bottom surface, a base plate aperture, and a plurality of anchor holes. The wellhead brace assembly comprises a vertical plate assembly having a cylindrical shape, a horizontal plate assembly to which the vertical plate assembly is attached, and a vertical support assembly attached to an outer surface of the vertical plate assembly and attached to the top surface of the horizontal plate assembly. Horizontal plate holes of the horizontal plate assembly are configured to attach to studs on the top surface of the base plate to secure the wellhead brace assembly to the base plate assembly. The wellhead bracing system slides onto a wellhead of the subsea well and braces an exterior of the wellhead.

Wellhead bracing system

A tubing spool of a wellhead assembly can include a body having a body cavity, a first channel, and a second channel disposed therein, where the body cavity is configured to receive a tubing hanger used to couple to and suspend a tubing string, where the first channel is configured to be in communication with a tubing string cavity within the tubing string, where the second channel is configured to be in communication with an annulus located between the tubing string and a production casing, and where the first channel and the second channel are each configured to facilitate flow of at least one of a plurality of fluids in either direction independently of each other. The tubing spool can also include a first back pressure valve disposed within the first channel and a second back pressure valve disposed within the second channel.

Systems and methods for independent control and operations of tubing and annulus at the wellhead

Dimensions of a tool moving in/out of a well may be measured during well operations. The measured dimensions of the tool may be used to analyze the well operations. Analysis of well operations may include identification of types of well operations being performed at the well, monitoring of the well operations, benchmarking of the well operations, identification of tools being used in the well operations, and/or other analysis of the well operations.

Analysis of well operations using dimensional measurement data

A missile for a hydraulic fracturing system can include a high-pressure (HP) manifold, a low-pressure (LP) manifold, and a main manifold in between. The missile is configured to simultaneously fracture three or more wells. The HP manifold has multiple input channels, an output channel, and a main channel disposed in between. The LP manifold includes a LP input channel, multiple LP output channels, and a LP manifold in between.

Systems and methods for simultaneously fracturing multiple wells from a common wellpad

A sleeve for protecting a lockdown screw of a wellhead assembly can include a body having an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the body has a concave curvature, where the body is configured to be disposed within an upper portion of a recess of a component of the wellhead assembly inside of which the lockdown screw is disposed, where the concave curvature of the body is configured to match that of an inner wall of the component, and where the outer surface is configured to isolate the lockdown screw from an environment in a cavity partially formed by the inner surface when the body is disposed in the upper portion of the recess.

Protective wellhead sleeves

A system for fracturing multiple wellbores on a multi-well pad can include a missile that receives high-pressure fracturing fluid from a plurality of pump truck. The system can also include a main manifold that receives the high-pressure fracturing fluid from the missile, where the main manifold includes multiple valves and multiple output channels, where each of the valves are operated between an open position and a closed position. The system can further include multiple wellbores including a first wellbore, a second wellbore, and a third wellbore, where the wellbores are connected to the output channels of the main manifold. The valves of the main manifold can be operated to enable simultaneous flow of the high-pressure fracturing fluid to the first wellbore, the second wellbore, and the third wellbore so that the first wellbore, the second wellbore, and the third wellbore are fractured simultaneously.

A fracturing fluid delivery system is provided. In one embodiment, the system includes a wellhead assembly, a fracturing fluid supply line, a vertical branch extending upward from the fracturing fluid supply line, and a fluid conduit coupling the vertical branch in fluid communication with the wellhead assembly. The fluid conduit may extend linearly from the vertical branch to the wellhead assembly. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.

Fracturing fluid delivery system

Sensors may be located remotely from a rig of a well. The sensors may operate independently of the rig, and generate remote sensor information that characterizes operating characteristics of the well independent of the rig. The operation of the well may be analyzed based on the remote sensor information.

Analysis of well operations using wellhead data

A fracturing fluid delivery system is provided. In one embodiment, the system includes wellhead assemblies, a fracturing manifold trunk line, vertical branches extending upward from the fracturing manifold trunk line, and fluid conduits coupling the vertical branches in fluid communication with the wellhead assemblies. The fluid conduits may extend linearly from the vertical branches to the wellhead assemblies. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.

A testable back pressure valve can include a housing comprising a housing body. The valve can also include a valve seat coupled to the housing, where the valve seat includes a valve seat body having a first cavity and a second cavity, and where the valve seat further includes a first network of channels disposed in the valve seat body. The valve can further include a valve head movably disposed within the first cavity of the valve seat. The valve can also include a piston follower movably disposed within the second cavity of the valve seat, where the valve head is fixedly coupled to the piston follower. The valve can further include a travel piston movably disposed within the second cavity of the valve seat, where the travel piston is moveably coupled to the piston follower.

Testable back pressure valves

A testable back pressure valve can include a body. The valve can also include a first flow regulating device movably disposed within a top end of the body, where the first flow regulating device is configured to move from a first default position to a first position based on first flow characteristics of a first fluid that flows into a top end of the body toward a bottom end of the body. The valve can further include a second flow regulating device movably disposed within the bottom end of the body. The valve can also include a network of channels disposed within the body between the first flow regulating device and the second flow regulating device.

A system for distributing pressurized fluid during wellbore operations can include a pressure vessel having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The system can also include a conduit rotatably connected to the fluid outlet of the pressure vessel for coupling to one or more wellbores. Also, a method for distributing pressurized fluid during wellbore operations can include receiving pressurized fluid in a pressure vessel. The method can also include distributing to one or more wellbores the pressurized fluid from the pressure vessel through a conduit rotatably connected to the pressure vessel.
