A server system may facilitate and participate in operations relating to physical activity goals being performed at user devices. For example, the server system may receive a physical activity goal from a first user device associated with a first user profile. The server system may also receive an identification of a reward corresponding to the physical activity goal from the first user device. The server system may also transmit at least the physical activity goal to a second user device associated with a second user profile. The server system may also receive, from the second user device, first information associated with the physical activity goal. The server system may also transmit second information associated with the reward to a third device.

A configuration for a breathing sequence may be defined using a user interface of a user device. The user interface may also be used to begin the breathing sequence. Prior to beginning the breathing sequence, the user device can determine a breath ratio for the breathing sequence based on a breathing profile. The breath ratio is based at least in part on inhale time and exhale time of a breath of the breathing sequence. During the breathing sequence, a fluctuating user interface element may fluctuate at a cyclic rate corresponding to the breath ratio. Such fluctuation may include repeated growing and repeated shrinking of the fluctuating user interface element.

A method of generating a calibration factor is described. In an example, the method may include establishing a wireless communication connection with a fitness machine. The method may also include obtaining first machine data from the fitness machine. The first machine data may specify a type of the fitness machine. During the workout session, the method may also include obtaining sensor data, obtaining second machine data, and determining the calibration factor based on the second machine data and the sensor data. The method may also include generating a workout session summary based on the calibration factor.

Sharing updatable graphical user interface elements

The present disclosure relates to aggregating and sharing wellness data. The wellness data can be received by a user device from any number of sensors external or internal to the user device, from a user manually entering the wellness data, or from other users or entities. The user device can securely store the wellness data on the user device and transmit the wellness data to be stored on a remote database. A user of the device can share some or all of the wellness data with friends, relatives, caregivers, healthcare providers, or the like. The user device can further display a user's wellness data in an aggregated view of different types of wellness data. Wellness data of other users can also be viewed if authorizations from those users have been received.

In one example, while receiving activity data for a workout session, a first user interface of a workout application is displayed. While displaying the first user interface of the workout application, user input of a first type is detected. In response to detecting the user input of the first type, a first control affordance to pause receiving the activity data for the workout session is displayed, and activity data for the workout session is continued to be received.
