A heat dissipation system suitable for a portable electronic device with two heat sources includes a centrifugal fan, two heat dissipation fin sets, a gate, a first heat pipe, a second heat pipe, and a control unit. The centrifugal fan has a main outlet and a sub outlet. The heat dissipation fin sets are disposed respectively at the main outlet and the sub outlet, and the gate is disposed at the sub outlet. The first heat pipe thermally contacts the heat sources and the heat dissipation fin set located at the main outlet. The second heat pipe thermally contacts one of the heat sources and the two heat dissipation fin sets. The control unit is electrically connected to the gate to drive the gate to open or close the sub outlet based on a load of the two heat sources.

Heat dissipation system

A multi-loop cycling heat dissipation module including a first tank, a first pipe, a second tank, and a second pipe is provided. The first pipe is connected to the first tank to form a first loop, a first working fluid fills the first loop to transfer heat via phase transformation, and a first high-temperature section and a first low-temperature section are formed on the first pipe. The second pipe is connected to the second tank to form a second loop, a second working fluid fills the second loop to transfer heat via phase transformation, and a second high-temperature section and a second low-temperature section are formed on the second pipe. The first high-temperature section is in thermal contact with the second low-temperature section, and the first low-temperature section is in thermal contact with the second high-temperature section.

Multi-loop cycling heat dissipation module

A thermal module includes a fan and a fin assembly. The fan has an air outlet. The fin assembly has multiple fins, and is disposed to the air outlet of the fan. The fins are disposed side by side to form multiple flow channels. Each of the flow channels has a first inlet, at least one second inlet, and an outlet. In each of the flow channels, a gas flow generated by the fan flows into the flow channel from the first inlet and flows out of the flow channel from the outlet, and a gas flow outside the fin assembly is drawn by the gas flow in the flow channel to flow into the flow channel from the at least one second inlet.

Thermal module

A heat dissipation module used for an electronic device is provided. The electronic device has a heat source. The heat dissipation module includes an evaporator, a plurality of heat conducting components, a pipe connected to the evaporator to form a loop, and a working fluid filled in the loop. An exterior of the evaporator has a heat conducting zone thermally contacted with the heat source to absorb heat generated from the heat source. The heat conducting components are disposed in the evaporator, located at an interior of the evaporator corresponding to the heat conducting zone. The heat conducting components are in pillar shape or rib shape respectively. The working fluid in liquid passes through the evaporator, absorbs heat, and is transformed into vapor to flow out of the evaporator. Each of the heat conducting components in rib shape is oriented in a flow direction of the working fluid.

Thermal dissipation module

A vapor chamber structure for heat dissipation of a heat source is provided. The vapor chamber structure includes a housing having a heat absorption side and a heat dissipation side, a first capillary structure disposed in the housing, and a working fluid filled in the housing. The first capillary structure is formed into cavities isolated from each other, and each of the cavities is connected between the heat absorption side and the heat dissipation side. Heat generated by the heat source is absorbed by the heat absorption side, thereby transforming the working fluid from liquid state to vapor state. The working fluid in the vapor state is transmitted to the heat dissipation side via the cavities, and is transformed to the liquid state while the heat is dissipated. The working fluid in the liquid state returns to the heat absorption side via the first capillary structure.

Vapor chamber structure

A fan is provided herein, including a housing, a hub, and a plurality of blades. The housing includes a top case and a bottom case. The hub is rotatably disposed between the top case and the bottom case in an axial direction. The blades extend from the hub in a radial direction, located between the top case and the bottom case. Each of the blades has a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end is connected to the hub. The distal end is opposite from the proximal end, located at the other side of the blade, having at least one recessed portion. Each of the recessed portions form a passage for air.

A fan including a frame and an impeller is disclosed. The frame has an air inlet and an air outlet. The impeller is disposed in the frame and includes a hub and multiple blades. Each blade has a negative pressure surface facing the air inlet, a positive pressure surface facing the air outlet, a blade root, and a blade tip opposite to the blade root. In a first region extending from the blade root to the blade tip by a first length, the negative pressure surface and the positive pressure surface are respectively a convex arc surface and a plane. In a second region extending from the blade tip to the blade root by a second length smaller than the first length, the negative pressure surface and the positive pressure surface are respectively a convex arc surface and a concave arc surface or both are convex arc surfaces.

Fan and impeller

A heat dissipation module used for an electronic device is provided. The electronic device has a heat source. The heat dissipation module includes an evaporator, a pipe, and a working fluid. The evaporator has a recess at an exterior surface thereof, and is thermally contacted with the heat source to absorb heat generated from the heat source. The pipe is connected to an inner space of the evaporator and forms a loop. The working fluid is filled in the loop, wherein the working fluid in liquid passes through the evaporator, absorbs heat, and is transformed into vapor to flow out of the evaporator.

A centrifugal heat dissipation fan including a housing and an impeller is provided. The housing has at least one flow inlet. The impeller assembled in the housing and rotating about an axial direction includes a hub and a plurality blades disposed around the hub. The flow inlet is located in the axial direction and faces the hub. Each of the blades has a wing tab next to the flow inlet, and the wing tab extends from a main surface of the blade to another blade. The wing tab has an inclined surface facing toward a periphery of the flow inlet along a radial direction of the impeller.

Centrifugal heat dissipation fan

A heat dissipation module used for an electronic device is provided. The electronic device has a heat source. The heat dissipation module includes an evaporator, a pipe, and a working fluid. The evaporator has a recess at an exterior surface of the evaporator, and the heat source is thermally contacted with the recess to transfer a heat generated from the heat source to the recess of the evaporator. The pipe is connected to an inner space of the evaporator and forms a loop. The working fluid is filled in the loop, wherein the working fluid in liquid passing through a portion of the inner space of the evaporator corresponding to the recess absorbs the heat and is transformed into vapor.

An evaporator suitable for a thermal dissipation module. The thermal dissipation module includes a tube or pipe and fluid. The evaporator includes a housing, a first heat dissipation structure and a second heat dissipation structure disposed in a sealed chamber of the housing. The chamber is configured to communicate with the pipe, and the fluid is configured to flow in the pipe and the chamber. The first heat dissipation structure and a second heat dissipation structure provide a plurality of fluid flow passages through which the fluid flows and evaporates. A manufacturing method of the evaporator is also disclosed.

Lattice boiler evaporator

A fan blade includes an arc-shaped body and a connecting portion. The arc-shaped body has a main portion and an end portion connected to the main portion, wherein a width of the end portion is gradually decreased in a direction away from the main portion. The connecting portion is connected to the main portion, and the end portion and the connecting portion are respectively located at two opposite sides of the main portion. A fan structure is also provided.

Blade and fan structure

A fan structure including a fan housing and a fan body is provided. The fan housing includes a base and a cover assembled on the base. The cover includes a main portion, a periphery portion, a plurality of connecting portions and a plurality of flow guiding portions. The connecting portions are connected to the main portion and the periphery portion. The cover has a plurality of air inlet openings among the main portion, the periphery portion and connecting portions, wherein each of the flow guiding portions protrudes from the main portion and is adjacent to an inner side of the corresponding air inlet opening. The fan body is rotatably disposed in the fan housing. An electronic assembly is also provided.

Fan structure and electronic assembly

A heat dissipation module including a chamber, a first cooling member, and a barrier part is provided. The chamber has an accommodating space, at least one inlet, and at least one outlet. The at least one inlet is disposed in a first side wall of the chamber and communicates with the accommodating space. The at least one outlet is disposed in a second side wall of the chamber away from the at least one inlet and communicates with the accommodating space. The first cooling member is disposed in the accommodating space. The first cooling member has a guiding surface which extends obliquely upward. The barrier part is disposed outside the guiding surface of the first cooling member and has at least one through hole.

Heat dissipation module

A heat dissipation fan including a hub and a plurality of heat dissipation blades is provided. The heat dissipation blades are arranged around the periphery of the hub. Each of the heat dissipation blades includes a curved surface body and a flow guiding portion. The curved surface body has a pressure bearing surface and a negative pressing surface opposite to the pressure bearing surface. The flow guiding portion is connected to the curved surface body. The flow guiding portion has a concave surface and a convex surface opposite to the concave surface, wherein the concave surface is recessed in the pressure bearing surface and the convex surface protrudes outward from the negative pressing surface.
