A method of lubricating an interior of a tube includes applying a lubricant including a mixture of an additive and a solvent into an interior of a tube. A flow of drying agent is injected into a first end of the tube to force the solvent from the interior of the tube via a second end of the tube thereby leaving a coating of additive at the interior of the tube. The drying agent is heated to remove additional solvent from the interior of the tube via evaporation.

A brazing ring is provided and includes ring material including an aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy having a first melting point and flux material contained within the ring material having a second melting point, which is substantially lower than the first melting point, the ring material being formed such that the flux material is exposed outwardly to a heat source and such that, upon heating, flux material melts before the ring material.

A single bracket serves to both attach a TXV bulb to an outer surface of an outlet header and to place a securely hold the distribution assembly in a fixed position with respect to the TXV bulb. A condensate pan for an evaporator assembly comprises a first pan member, a second pan member, and a third pan member. The first pan member has an outer wall and an inner wall, wherein a secondary channel is disposed along the outer wall. The second pan member also has an outer wall and an inner wall, wherein another secondary channel is disposed along the outer wall. The third pan member is coupled to the first and second pan members. The secondary channels of the first and second pan members are connected to a drain channel disposed along a front side of the third pan member.

A casing assembly suitable for use in a heat exchange assembly includes a first cover, and a second cover adjacent to the first cover. A sealing mechanism positioned between the first and second covers provides a substantially airtight seam between the first and second covers.
