Apparatus and methods for integrating autonomous devices with an Access Control System (ACS) includes assigning, by the ACS, one or more security credentials to an autonomous device. The ACS receives an access request from an autonomous device. The access request includes one or more security credentials identifying the autonomous device to the system. The ACS performs validation of the received access request by comparing the received one or more security credentials with the one or more security credentials assigned to the autonomous device. The ACS grants access to one or more resources in a building to the autonomous device, in response to successful validation of the received access request.

Methods and systems for integrating autonomous devices with an access control system

A method and apparatus for facilitating user enrollment by a secure server of a trusted source includes receiving, from a user device, personal identifiable information (PII) of the user. The aspects include securely storing the PII. The aspects include receiving, from a requesting authority that is attempting to enroll the user, an identifier of the user and a request for an attestation of a fact attributable to the user that is evaluated for enrollment. The aspects include comparing the identifier of the user and the fact attributable to the user to the PII to find a match. An implementation may include receiving a video clip from a first source and generating a genesis block of a blockchain, wherein the genesis block includes the video clip, metadata of the video clip, and a first hash value of both the video clip and the metadata. The implementation includes distributing the blockchain to a plurality of nodes in a blockchain network. The implementation includes for each indication received of activity performed on the video clip to be recorded on the blockchain, verifying the activity and generating a new block on the blockchain recording the activity. The implementation includes receiving a modified version of the video clip, verifying an authenticity of the modified version based on each activity recorded in the blockchain, and in response to determining that the modified version is not authentic, generating an alert indicating inauthenticity.
