A multi-dimensional human resource allocation adviser integrates with one or more employee skill set data sources and processes and aggregates both initial/static and dynamic skill set data from those sources. Machine learning algorithms are then used to normalize and rank the aggregated employee skills with respect to the skill set and requirements associated with a given task, project, or case. The set of employees determined to have employee skill sets that most closely match the skill set and other requirements associated with the given project, task, or case are then filtered based on rules and constraints determined by the requirements of the business and/or the client. The best employee match, or matches, remaining after the rules and constraints filtering are then recommended for assignment/allocation to the given task, project, or case.

Method and system for providing a multi-dimensional human resource allocation adviser

A method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium for determining a real-time valuation of a rolling stock vehicle. The method may include obtaining weather data from a weather data source, load data from a load data source, grade data from a grade data source, and damage data from a damage data source; performing a determination of a rate of depreciation for the rolling stock vehicle; calculating, for a trip, a current valuation based at least in part on the weather data, the load data, the grade data, the damage data, the rate of depreciation, trip mileage data, and trip time data; and upon exiting a taxing jurisdiction: calculating, for a taxing jurisdiction across a network in real-time, a taxing jurisdiction exiting valuation for the taxing jurisdiction based at least in part on the weather data, the load data, the grade data, the damage data, the rate of depreciation, taxing jurisdiction mileage data, taxing jurisdiction time data, and taxing jurisdiction mapping data; and providing the current valuation and the taxing jurisdiction exiting valuation to a business management application (BMA), where the current valuation and the taxing jurisdiction exiting valuation are used to determine a tax amount owed during a tax period.

The method includes sending, to a payor, a request for the payment, wherein the request comprises an original payment amount and an original payment due date, generating, based on a set of payment collection records from an online financial management application used by payees, a payment statistical measure representing a payment behavior of payors paying the payees, generating, based on the payment statistical measure, the original payment amount, and the original payment due date, an adjusted payment amount and a condition to qualify the adjusted payment amount for completing the payment, enabling, prior to the payor completing the payment, the payor to view the adjusted payment amount and the condition, wherein the payor completes the payment in response to at least the payor viewing the adjusted payment amount and the condition, and collecting the payment completed by the payor.
