The present invention relates to electric drivetrain kits for converting all-terrain vehicles into hybrid or electric vehicles. In exemplary embodiments, a conversion kit replaces an existing standard single motor and transmission drive system with a dual set-up including a motor for each rear wheel and a split transmission that houses two sets of gear reduction components in a single housing or an all-wheel configuration with two transmission sets (front and rear). Dual output shafts in each transmission set drive the wheels independently to provide the torque needed as required and demanded by each wheel. System electronics send signals to the motors and other components to manage the system and independently control each wheel.

Hyper-compact electric all-terrain vehicle drivetrain and conversion kit

An accessory mounting apparatus is provided for coupling to a vehicle roll bar. The accessory mounting apparatus illustratively includes a driver side clamping device configured to be secured to a driver side upright of the roll bar, and a passenger side clamping device configured to be secured to the passenger side upright of the roll bar. Protective sleeves cooperate with the clamping devices to protect the roll bar from damaging contact therewith. A laterally extending cross member extends between the driver side clamping device and the passenger side clamping device.

Accessory mounting apparatus for a vehicle

An illuminated straw device including a tubular member defined by an annular wall that has an interior surface and an exterior surface. The tubular member has a channel being formed within the exterior surface. The channel has a channel wall with a plurality of bulbous projections extending outwardly and a plurality of holes therein. Also, at least one strip of an illuminating material is included. The strip has a front face and a rear face with a plurality of bulbous projections extending outwardly and a plurality of holes therein. The strip of illuminating material is sized and shape for positioning within the channel of the tubular member. The strip is coupled with the tubular member when the bulbous projections of the channel engage the holes of the strip and the bulbous projections of the strip engage the holes of the channel.
