Multiple users of a household can each have a different profile associated with a common account for an online concierge system. This association of different profiles with the common accounts allows the concierge system to show a user of the household what other users of the household purchased and rank items for suggestion to the user based one purchases of other users, facilitating order building. The online concierge system also enables a user profile to designate a user profile associated with the common account for an order pickup or as a contact for a home delivery. Additionally, association of different user profiles with the common account may be used for account recovery of one of the user profiles. Further, different user profiles may have different permissions for creating an order with the online concierge system.

Method and medium for leveraging information about prior orders from various users associated with an account when receiving an order from a user associated with the account

An online system provides options for selection by a user. The online system receives a query entered on a client device. The online system queries an item database to retrieve a set of items related to the query and assigns each item to a product category in a predefined taxonomy that maps items to product categories. The online system inputs each item into a prediction model trained to predict a probability that an item is available at a warehouse location. The online system determines that a first product category has low availability based on predicted probabilities for items in the first product category. Responsive to determining that a first product category has low availability, the online system generates a generic item for the first product category and sends a list of items including the generic item to the client device for display responsive to the query.

Determining generic items for orders on an online concierge system

An online concierge system receives an order from a customer. The online concierge system transmits a notification to the customer's client device indicating that the order is ready for pick up and receives location data from the customer's client device as the customer travels to a pickup location. In response to the online concierge system receiving a first indication that the customer has entered an outer geofence, the online concierge system transmits a second notification to a runner's client device that the customer is in transit. In response to the online concierge system receiving a second indication that the customer has entered an inner geofence, the online concierge system starts a timer. When the online system receives a confirmation that the order has been picked up by the customer, it stops the timer and computes a wait time for pick up of the order.

Geofencing to reduce wait times for order pickups

An online concierge system accesses an order history database, which describes historical orders for a plurality of users. Each historical order comprises a list of items selected by a user from a plurality of items. The online concierge system determines user streaks, each user streak based on a number of consecutive orders placed by a user that include a particular item. The online concierge system calculates an overall streak distribution based on the user streaks. For each item of at least a subset of the plurality of items, the online concierge system calculates a streak statistic based on a corresponding subset of user streaks and the overall streak distribution. The online concierge system selects a set of staples items for a user based on the streak statistics for the set of staple items and generates a display for the user with a selectable list of the set of staple items.

Fishing lure

A fish lure includes a soft, fish-shaped body including forward and aft body segments connected by an integrally-formed vertical hinge. A buoyancy-controlling insert is concealed inside the forward body segment. The vertical hinge includes a pair of vertical grooves that extend from the dorsal surface to the ventral surface of the body, defining a hinge web that attaches the forward body segment to the aft body segment. A pair of front hinge surfaces extend between a side of the forward body segment and the hinge, and a pair of rear hinge surfaces extend between a side of the aft body segment and the hinge. The front hinge surface and the rear hinge surface form a hinge angle between 5 and 20 degrees when at rest. Each front and aft hinge surface is angled aft. Water flow past the hinge angle creates flexing of the body at the hinge.

A process that records, transmits and analyzes moment-to-moment data of objects of interest at an event for the production of a digital representation of the event. This representation is the result of a short-range radiolocation system used for tracking objects. Computing systems re-create timed sequences of event and broadcasts the digital representation to both local interactive PDA's and to internet virtual casts. Four or more receivers are situated so as to cover the entire area of the event. Transmitter tags are placed on all objects (e.g., players, ball etc). The processor receives the data and compiles it for digital recreation and transmission to the aforementioned destination devices.

A soft bait fish lure of the two-component variety having a rigid, hollow head and a soft and flexible rearmost body and tail fin of the lure. Each component includes a flat plate having opposing surfaces which are joined together by a snap-lock device. The head plate includes a pair of projections arranged in fixed spaced-apart relationship with each projection having a tapered head spaced from the surface of the plate. The plate associated with the rearmost and fin portion of the lure includes a pair of apertures for aligning with the projections and permits insertion of the projections through the apertures wherein a shank of each projection is then manipulated into a keyway on each of the respective apertures to establish proper alignment between the plates and the component parts as well as to provide a fixed securement therebetween.
