A fluid end includes a first sleeve associated with a plunger bore, a second sleeve assembly associated with a suction bore, and a packing sleeve retainer positioned at the plunger bore to axially retain a packing sleeve of the first sleeve assembly within the plunger bore, the packing sleeve retainer being coupled to a front face of the fluid end. The fluid end further includes a suction ring positioned at the suction bore to axially retain a suction sleeve of the second sleeve assembly within the suction bore, the suction ring being coupled to a rear face of the fluid end.

The gradient material structure has a first material, a second material spaced from the first material, and a smooth compositional transition between the first material and the second material. Fluid end for a pumping system

A fluid end includes a housing having a bore extending toward a cavity and a wear sleeve positioned within the bore. The fluid end also includes a plunger positioned within a plunger bore extending through the wear sleeve, the plunger reciprocating within the plunger bore. The fluid end further includes a wear sleeve retainer coupled to the housing and positioned to block axial movement of the wear sleeve, the wear sleeve retainer having external threads along a body that engage internal threads formed in the housing. The fluid end also includes an anti-rotation system, coupled to the housing, the anti-rotation system engaging the wear sleeve retainer to block rotation of the wear sleeve retainer in at least one direction. The fluid end further includes a packing nut coupled to the wear sleeve retainer.

A system includes a pressure ring positioned to abut a fluid end face, the pressure ring having a pressure ring bore with a diameter larger than a fluid end bore diameter. The system also includes an adjacent ring coupled to a fluid end, the pressure ring positioned between the adjacent ring and the fluid end face. The system further includes a face seal positioned at an interface of the pressure ring and the fluid end face, the face seal containing pressurized fluid associated with the fluid end. The valve assembly also includes a bore liner arranged within the bore, at least a portion of an axial length of the bore liner covering at least a portion of the ceramic to form a barrier between the insert and the bore. The valve assembly further includes a valve member positioned to reciprocate within the bore, the valve member moving between an open position and a closed position, wherein at least a portion of the valve member engages at least a portion of the strike face in the closed position.
