An alarm process and device capable of waking a user more comfortably by means of a rousing instrument. For example, an alarm device may rouse a user a predetermined time before a desired waking time, resetting the user's sleep cycle before waking. A user may then be woken more comfortably at a desired waking time and during a preferable stage of the sleep cycle.

The present invention provides a simple, safe, and reliable toy water balloon launcher configuration for launching water balloons. For example, a toy water balloon launcher comprises a shaft and a slit designed to receive water balloons. A user then swings the entire water balloon launcher. The resulting force pulls the water balloon from the slit and toward a target.

A water balloon clip that provides a quick, easy, and low-cost means for sealing a balloon orifice. For example, the water balloon clip may comprise a first slit and a second slit and together the slits comprise a substantially Z-like shape. A user may then seal a balloon by inserting the balloon neck in the first slit and then tucking the balloon neck into the second slit.

The present invention provides a simple, inexpensive, and reliable toy water gun configuration for launching a blast of water. For example, the water gun has a reservoir for storing fluid and a nozzle for expelling fluid. A user then propels the water from the reservoir down a neck and towards the nozzle via a motion applied to the entire water gun. The water then exits the gun through the nozzle in a blasting form.

The present invention provides a separable toy gun configuration capable of being split into multiple, independently operable toy guns. For example, a toy gun has two housings integrated via a connector. Each of these housings further includes a controller (e.g. trigger) and, while connected, these controllers are jointly operable. However, the user can separate the two housings into two independent and operable toy guns.

A bag assembly with a connection means for temporarily binding nesting bags to each other and preferably for later additionally acting as a closure means for those same bags. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the assembly is configured such that an adhesive is revealed when a nested bag is removed from the assembly. That same adhesive then provides a closure means for the orifice of the bag.

A portable dispenser is adapted to filling water balloons and water pistols. A reservoir is pressurized by a hand pump that draws air in from the atmosphere and forces the air into the reservoir. The pressure in the reservoir forces water down a flexible tube to a trigger mechanism in a water pistol. The trigger mechanism performs three functions: it throttles the water, it acts as relief valve by releasing water if the pressure is greater than a predetermined limit, and it indicates the pressure within the reservoir. When the trigger mechanism is actuated, water flows through the mechanism to a valve that directs the water either to a filling nozzle or to a spraying nozzle. In an alternative embodiment, the pump takes water from a storage chamber within the reservoir and pumps it into a high pressure chamber within the reservoir.
